finely chopped 1/4 cup Flour 1 can Cream of celery soup 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 12 ounce Cooked tails 1 tablespoon Sherry or white wine Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon Tabasco 16 Pastry shells :
prepared -according to directions Melt butter or margarine over medium heat and cook shallots 5 minutes. Thoroughly blend in flour, then add both soups. Cook another 5 minutes, then add tails, wine, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Heat thoroughly, then fill pastry shells, top with parsley for garnish. (wrv)

Ingredients: 1 stick butter 1 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pound crawfish tails 1 can evaporated milk 1 tablespoon corn starch 2 teaspoons Tony’s seasoning Hot sauce 1/4 cup green onions 1 dozen small tart shells Note: The recipe recommends Keebler mini tart shells. This makes a BIG difference in the taste of the pies. Does anyone know where I can find them?

Crawfish Pie(s) - Recipe with Michael's Home Cooking
Can't help but think of that song. Here is my recipe of Crawfish Pie. Ingredients: 1 pound crawfish tails 1 medium chopped onion 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 2 ribs celery 6 garlic cloves 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 4 Tablespoons butter 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning 1 teaspoon table salt or 1 and 1/2 t coarse salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1/4 cup seafood stock or shrimp stock 1/2 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup cooked rice 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 cup green onions 1/4 cup creme fraiche
Crust: 1 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon table salt 1/2 cup lard 1/2 cup ice cold water 1 egg beaten with 1 Tablespoon water Take your crust ingredients and make as you would a pie crust.
You can deep fry these or pan fry these if you wish. I used a bowl that was 6 inches wide.
