I’m not Korean & never been to Korea, but i really wanted to try to make this bread & glad it came out so good & delicious????
✔️Cream Cheese Filling 225 grams cream cheese 2 tbsp sugar [25 grams] 1/4 cup heavy cream or all purpose cream [60 ml]
✔️Garlic Butter Sauce 1 whole egg 1 tbsp sugar [12 grams] 1/8 cup condensed milk [2 tbsp or 30 ml] 1/2 cup melted butter [120 ml / 120 grams] 2 tbsp minced garlic [20 grams] 2 tbsp parsely [3 grams]
1st Baking : 20-25 mins @ 170C / 336F 2nd Baking: 10-15 mins @ 180C / 356F

While baking might be at the bottom of your to-do list - if it even makes the list at all - it is totally worth the time and effort (which are both minimal in this case) to make this cranberry cream cheese loaf. It’ll get you into the holiday spirit and it’ll bring your family together, since no one wants to miss out on a slice of this stuff! Eat it by itself, dust it with powdered sugar, top it off with some more cream cheese, whatever works for you - just try it!
