AMAZING Keto Cheesecake Brownies Recipe! How to Make Easy Keto Dessert

Ingredientes:
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F
2. Start with your brownie batter. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Spray your 9x9 brownie pan with oil spray of choice or butter. You can also use a 8x8 pan.
4. Add batter into the pan and reserve about 1/2 a cup of the brownie batter in a small bowl.
5. Now, let’s make your cheesecake batter. Make sure that your cream cheese is room temperature to avoid any clumps! Beat your cream cheese for a few minutes until creamed.
6. Add sweetener, vanilla, eggs and salt and beat until smooth. Add on top of your brownie mixture.
7. Dollop or spoon your brownie mixture on top of your cheesecake. Then use a knife or toothpick to swirl.
8. Bake your cheesecake brownies at 350F for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 325F and bake another 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Ingredients:
-Candi original caramelized biscuits 2 & ½ Family packs
Prepare Coffee Syrup:
-Doodh (Milk) hot 1 Cup
-Condensed milk 2-3 tbs
-Instant coffee 1 tbs
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Dairy cream ½ Cup
-Instant coffee 1 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Custard powder vanilla flavor 4 tbs
Assembling:
-Chocolate syrup
-Akhrot (Walnuts) roughly chopped
-Whipped cream
-Candi original caramelized biscuits crushed
-Chocolate syrup
-Whipped cream
-Candi original caramelized biscuits
Directions:
-In a processor,add candi biscuits & crush biscuits in processor & set aside.
Prepare Coffee Syrup:
-In a jug,add milk,condensed milk,instant coffee,whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle & set aside.
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
-In a wok,add milk,sugar,cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add 3-4 tbs of crushed candi biscuits (reserve remaining for later use),instant coffee,whisk well & bring it to boil.
-In a small bowl, add milk, cornflour & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved custard in boiled milk, whisk well & cook until custard thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool completely while whisking.
Assembling:
-In serving dish,add & spread reserved crushed candi biscuits & spread evenly.
-Pour prepared coffee syrup & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Drizzle chocolate syrup,walnuts,prepared candi & coffee custard & chocolate syrup.
-Add & spread whipping cream & spread evenly.
-Refrigerate until chilled.
-Sprinkle crushed candi biscuit and drizzle chocolate syrup.
-Decorate with whipped cream & candi biscuits & serve!

-Ab dissolved cornflour ko boiled doodh mein dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur custard garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein reserved crushed candi biscuits dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Tayyar coffee syrup dal dein aur 5 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Chocolate syrup,akhrot aur tayyar candi & coffee custard aur chocolate syrup dal dein.
-Whipped cream dal ker evenly spread ker lein.
-Thanda ho janay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-Crushed candi biscuit sprinkle karein aur chocolate syrup ko drizzle ker lein.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Lotus biscuits 250g Substitute: Caramelized biscuits
-Makhan (Butter) melted 60g
-Cream cheese 400g
-Lotus spread 150g
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Olper’s Dairy Cream chilled 350ml
-Icing sugar ½ Cup
-Lotus spread 180g
Directions:
-In a chopper,add lotus biscuits & process until finely crushed.
-Take out 3 tbs of crumbled biscuits & reserve for garnishing.
-In remaining crumbled biscuits,add butter & process until well combined.
-In 8-inch springform baking pan,add crumble mixture & press firmly down into the base to create an even layer and refrigerator until set (30 minutes).
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,lotus spread,salt & vanilla essence,beat until well combined & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add cream cheese mixture and fold until well combined with the help of spatula.
-Now pour the cream mixture over the cake layer in the springform pan & spread evenly.
-Tap few times,cover with cling film & refrigerate for 6-8 hours then freeze for 30 minutes in freezer.
-In a bowl,add lotus spread and microwave for 30 seconds,mix well & pour over the cheese cake,spread evenly with the help of offset spatula and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Release the cake from springform pan.
-Drizzle melted lotus spread on the edges & sprinkle crushed biscuits.
-Cut into desired slices,drizzle melted lotus spread & serve!

-Ab cream mixture ko springform pan mein cake ka upper pour ker lein aur evenly pheela lein.
-Few times tap karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 6-8 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein phir 30 minutes kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
-Bowl mein lotus spread dal ker 30 seconds kliya microwave ker lein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka cheese cake ka upper pour ker lein,offset spatula ki madad sa evenly pheela lein aur 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Cake ko springform pan sa nikal lein.
-Melted lotus spread ko edges per drizzle ker lain aur crushed biscuits ko sprinkle ker lein.

*** OREO COOKIES & CREAM CHEESE BALLS Recipe!!! I misspoke when I gave the amount of Oreo cookies to add in the cream cheese Oreo balls, I said 13 and I meant 36! So sorry for the confusion. Actual Oreo Cookie Recipe-- Baking pan & wax paper, 36 oreo cookies, 8oz cream cheese softened, 8oz melted chocolate, & 8oz of white chocolate, crush oreo cookies with cream inside, in blender or food processor, add cream cheese to crushed ore cookies and mix well, make about 2 inch ball and place on pan and put in freezer for 15 minutes, remove from freezer and dip half of cookie balls in white chocolate and the other half in semi-sweet or milk chocolate and place on wax paper to set till dry.
PEPPERMINT White Chocolate Candy Recipe-- Ingredients: 4 Cups white chocolate, 3/4 cup finely crushed peppermint candy of your choice AND 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract or 2-4 drops of FOOD GRADE peppermint oil. See video from here. Also this is the caramel recipe.

White Chocolate Cashew Caramel - 1 T. white chocolate on bottom, add 1T cashews, add 1 T. caramel and then let it set for 5-10 minutes then top with 1-2 T. white chocolate covering top and let sit in fridge for 5 minutes more.
