Easy Slow Cooker Recipe...Chicken Burritos! ????
This slow cooker recipe only uses 3 ingredients for the seasoned chicken! A great option to throw together & allow your slow cooker to do all the work! The toppings I love to add into my burritos are included ❤️

Recipe for Slow Cooker Chicken Burritos
**for 2, feel free to double the recipe for a crowd!**
SLOW COOKER CHICKEN:
*4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
*1 can (10oz.) diced tomatoes & green chilies
*1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
*1 cup taco seasoning
Add all ingredients into slow cooker, gently mix to combine, allow taco seasoning to coat top of chicken. Turn heat to Low setting for 6 to 8 hours OR High for 3 to 4 hours.
SAUTÉED ONIONS & RED BELL PEPPER:
*2 TBSP butter
*1 yellow onion, diced
*1 red bell pepper, diced
To a large saucepan on medium heat, add 2 TBSP butter. Once butter begins to melt, add yellow onion & cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in red bell pepper & continue cooking another 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat!
GUACAMOLE:
*2 small avocados
*1/2 Roma tomato, diced
*1 jalapeño, deseeded & diced
*2 TBSP cilantro, chopped
*1/2 lime, juiced
*1 to 2 tsp garlic powder
*1/2 tsp onion powder
*salt & cracked black pepper to taste
Add avocados into a small bowl, use a fork to mash. Add in diced tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper, lime. Give your guacamole a taste, add more seasonings to your liking!
BUILD YOUR BURRITO (TOPPINGS):
*flour tortillas
*sour cream
*refried beans
*shredded lettuce
*shredded cheddar cheese
*salsa
*limes

6 Ingredient Vegetarian Slow Cooker Burritos! | The Recipe Rebel
These Slow Cooker Vegetarian Burritos are made with just 6 ingredients and 5 minutes prep! Lots of add in options, or make a burrito bowl! (MORE BELOW)
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup canned black beans drained and rinsed
1 cup canned sweet corn drained
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup long grain white rice *rinsed
1 cup jarred tomato salsa mild or spicy depending on your tastes
3/4 teaspoon chili powder or taco seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large flour tortillas
TOPPINGS: shredded cheese, additional salsa, sour cream, cilantro for serving as desired
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a 2.5-4 quart slow cooker, add beans, corn, water, rice (rinse well first!), salsa, chili powder and salt. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 2 hours or just until rice is tender.
Serve in flour tortillas with additional toppings as desired.

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
18 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. sausage cooked and crumbled (we use Jimmy Dean)
10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 orange bell pepper diced
1 yellow bell pepper diced
1 red bell pepper diced
1 small sweet yellow onion diced
2 cups cheddar jack cheese shredded (an 8-ounce bag)
For Serving
flour tortillas
Toppings such as more cheese, sour cream, avocado, salsa, and hot sauce. Chopped jalapeno is great for those who like spice.
SLOW COOKER SIZE: 6 quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until everything is combined.
Spray crock pot generoursly with non-stick cooking spray. Add the egg mixture, bacon and sausage to the slow cooker.
Add the bell peppers and onion and cheese. Stir.
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours stirring every 30 minutes to one hour to get a scrambled effect.
Warm the tortillas in the oven (wrapped in foil) or brown each one in a dry skillet on the stove top. Serve burritos buffet style along with toppings.
