Crunchy cheese stick recipe that is incredibly easy to make and delicious! It doesn't require many ingredients, has a wonderful flavor, and is very cheesy. A simple salty snack when you want to bake something tasty - definitely worth a try
Ingredients:
350 g flour
200 g butter OR margarine
Half a package of dry yeast (3.5 g)
1.5 teaspoons of salt
One egg yolk
50 ml lukewarm milk
For the top
1 egg white
80 - 100 g of grated cheese

And we love this Italian grissini recipe as we wondered how to prepare homemade grissini that would be close to those served at an Italian restaurant. And we love Italian food! These sesame seed grissini make a wonderful healthy treat to munch on at a party or while watching TV. And they are an excellent snack option too. We usually place grissini in a tall wide vase on our dinner table, and they are always a big hit. (Needless to say, these delicious grissini sticks disappear pretty fast;). They truly resemble those Italian breadsticks that are served at Italian restaurants.
Adding sesame seeds to this grissini recipe elevates the flavour seamlessly and creates a balanced slight nutty taste. If you'd like to know how to bake grissini you are in the right place. Ingredients:
Pre-dough:
3 tbsp warm water
1/2 tsp sugar
7 g / 0.015 lbs active dry yeast
Dough:
3 1/3 cups (500 g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
6 tbsp olive oil
1 cup (250 ml) warm water
Black sesame seeds
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes. Note that baking time may vary depending on the oven being used.

Crunchy Delight: Pinwheel Samosa Sticks Recipe for Irresistible Snacking!
Pinwheel Samosa Sticks
Servings - 5
INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Potatoes - 450 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 30 grams
Corn lour - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Whole wheat flour - for dusting
Oil - for brushing
Bread crumbs - 100 grams
Oil - for fry
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 200 grams whole wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil, 100 milliliters water and knead it into a dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
3. Add 450 grams boiled mashed potatoes and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Mash them with the help of food masher.
4. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove it from heat.
5. In a bowl, add 30 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 100 milliliters water and whisk it well.
6. Dust some whole wheat flour on a clean surface and take a ball from prepared dough.
7. Again, dust some whole wheat flour on it and make it flatten with the help of rolling pin.
8. Place it on a hot tawa and cook from both sides.
9. Brush it with oil and cook from both sides. Remove it from heat.
10. Place it on a board, add prepared stuffing on it and spread it evenly.
11. Roll it with the help of your fingers and cut it into pieces.
12. Take toothpick add prick it into pieces.
13. Dip it into prepared slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.
14. Heat sufficient oil in a pan and shallow fry these until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
15. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
16. Serve.
