Making Tarte Aux Fruits | Kingdom Hearts 3 | Disney DIY
I decided to recreate Little Chef's delicious Tarte Aux Fruits! Click the link to see the recipe I used for this video here:
To make this recipe accurate to the game, the fruits I used were yellow peaches, white nectarines, strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, and mint for garnish (This is for the version given to Sora, Donald, and Goofy). For the version used in the mini game, you will also need melon, watermelon, grapes, cherries, bananas, and blood orange.
Also, I made a glaze from powdered sugar and water instead of the glaze included in the recipe. I also used this glaze, mixed with some kiwi pulp and green food coloring, to make the plate embellishment.
Bake at your own risk.

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk
1/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
Sea salt
Cabbage
Baking soda
Instructions:
1. Separate the eggs.
2. Beat the egg whites in a large bowl by rainbow whisk to stiff peaks.
3. Add sugar to the yolks. Whisk until light and fluffy.
4. Add ¼ a head of chopped cabbage to a saucepan and pour in milk. Cook on low-medium (don't let it boil) until color starts to saturate. (less than 10 minutes)
5. Take off the heat and add a pinch of baking soda. Pour into yolk-sugar mixture and stir very well and fast (so that egg yolks don't scramble)
6. Pour back into the pot and stir until thickened, like a custard.
7. Remove from heat.
8. Fold in egg whites.
9. Add ½ tsp of sea salt. Pop into the fridge to cool for 10. Once cooled, add heavy cream and vanilla. Mix with stand or hand mixer.
10. Add to popsicle molds, put into freezer to freeze.
