Boursin Cheese Pasta | Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe
Boursin cheese pasta is a creamy and delicious vegetarian dish. Use any type of pasta that you have on hand that can fit the metal bowl of the itaki pro. The cherry tomatoes along with the Boursin cheese adds tremendous flavor to the dish. Add the baby spinach only at the end of the cooking process in order not to overcook it. The residual heat from the dish is enough to wilt the spinach nicely. Add as much spinach as you like as it wilts down to almost nothing. When adding water to cook the pasta, make sure the water level at least touches the top of the uncooked pasta. Although there may seem to be more liquid at the end of the cook time, the water helps to create a creamy texture for the pasta as you stir in the cheese. This dish is creamy, easy to cook with simple ingredients and I hope you will try it out.

How To Make Home-made Boursin Recipe (Cheese Dip) [치즈 스프레드 레시피]
It is a B-Roll episode of making spreadable cheese like the famous brand Boursin. The recipe has 2 main parts which is making ricotta cheese part and mixing everything with the herb. This is a B-Roll series made by the Prokitchen, theprokitchen.com

Ingredients: Whole Milk 1L 35% Cream 150ml Kosher Salt 2 tsp Lemon juice 3 Tbsp Garlic 2 cloves Bay leaf 1 ea Chives (chopped) 100ml Parsley (chopped) 100ml Cream Cheese 100g or 1/3 of the weight of the ricotta cheese yield Onion powder 1 Tbsp Black pepper taste
Direction: 1. Mix milk, cream, salt, garlic and bay leaf in the pot on medium heat occasionally stirring.
2. Probe the mixture and when it is 200 degrees F remove garlic cloves and the bay leaf and move the pot away from the heat and add lemon juice.
3. Stir and coagulate the mix.
4. Strain on the cheese cloth and a fine mesh and cool it down for 1.5 hours in refrigerator.
5. Drain and lightly squeeze out the liquid and mix it with cream cheese, chopped herbs, onion powder, and some whipped cream.
6. Serve it with table cracker or bread. Store in refrigerator.
