杏鲍菇 200克、罐头鹰嘴豆 (沥干) 240克、
亞麻籽粉 3汤匙、杏仁粉 3汤匙、玉米淀粉 1汤匙、盐 ½茶匙、
糖 ½茶匙、黑胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、五香粉 ½茶匙、芝麻油 1茶匙、
豆腐皮 1张、海苔片 1张
King oyster mushroom 200g,Canned chickpeas (drained) 240g,
Milled flaxseed 3tbsp, almond flour 3tbsp,Cornstarch 1tbsp,
salt ½tsp, sugar ½tsp, black pepper ¼tsp,
Five spice powder ½tsp, sesame oil 1tsp
Bean curd sheet 1pc, Nori seaweed 1pc
酸辣素鱼|Spicy & Sour Vegan Fish:
素鱼片 1块、洋葱 50克、青椒 35克、姜 5克、蒜头 10克、
茄汁 2汤匙、辣椒酱 1汤匙、清水 60毫升、糖 1茶匙、
太白粉 ½茶匙、食油 2汤匙
Vegan fish fillet 1pc, onion 50g, green pepper 35g, ginger 5g,
garlic 10g, tomato sauce 2tbsp, chili sauce 1tbsp,
water 60ml, sugar 1tsp, potato starch ½tsp, cooking oil 2tbsp
椒盐素鱼|Salt & Pepper Vegan Fish:
素鱼片 1块、洋葱 50克、辣椒 10克、葱 15克、蒜头 10克、
玉米粉、食油 ½汤匙、盐 ⅓茶匙、五香粉 ½茶匙、
芝麻油 ½茶匙、料酒 ½茶匙
Onion 50g, chilli 10g, spring onion 15g, garlic 10g,
corn flour, salt ⅓tsp, five spice ½tsp
Sesame oil ½tsp, cooking wine ½tsp

Chickpea salad
I’m sorry, all my videos are out of order. This was a recipe I started making way back in 2014 when I first went vegan. It’s sort of a tuna salad/egg salad/chicken salad substitute for sandwiches, or you could use celery stalks or just put a scoop on a salad. It’s very delicious and I was so happy that my little string-pull food processor still works even after surviving the Arizona desert, L O L.

Armenian Chickpea Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 small onion, finely sliced
1⁄3 cup chopped parsley, setting a small amount aside for garnish
1⁄2 tsp salt, or according to taste
1⁄2 tsp red pepper or paprika
1⁄2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
3 Tbsp tahini
3 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Combine chickpeas, onion, parsley, and spices in a bowl
and mix. Add the tahini and lemon juice and mix well.
Garnish with remaining parsley.

Crispy Roasted Chickpeas are a popular and delicious! Roasted chickpeas offer a nutritious and satisfying alternative to traditional salty snacks like potato chips or crackers.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas
• 1-2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
• ½ tsp paprika (optional)
• ¼ tsp cumin (optional)
• ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional, for spicyness)
Recipe:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas from the can. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to remove excess moisture.
3. In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil until they are evenly coated. Season them with salt, and if desired, add additional spices like garlic powder, paprika, cumin, or any other seasonings of your choice. Toss well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are spaced out to allow for even roasting.
5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. You can give the baking sheet a shake or stir the chickpeas halfway through the baking process to ensure even browning.
6. Once they are done, remove the chickpeas from the oven and let them cool slightly. They will become even crispier as they cool down. Enjoy!
