How To make Duck Over Charcoal
Ingredients
4
each
ducks
1
salt and pepper
3
cup
wine vinegar
4
each
lemons, (for juice)
1
cup
olive oil
2
each
garlic cloves, pressed
2
each
onions, chopped
1
cn
pimientos, chopped
3
tablespoon
soy sauce
1/2
teaspoon
oregano
12
each
strips bacon
Directions:
Wash ducks thoroughly in cold water and dry. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, onions, pimento, soy sauce, oregano, salt & pepper. Marinate ducks in this mixture at least 8 hours. Cook over charcoal fire that has burned down low. Close top of grill. Cook about 1 1 2/ hours. Place 3 strips of bacon on each bird and cook for 30 minutes more.

How to grill duck breast on charcoal grill
In this video I grilled duck breast. it's a very simple process with little skill needed. Grill indirect till it reaches 115F internal then sear 30seconds per side. 135-145F internal is recommended for duck breast. Enjoy and subscribe!
