1 1/2 lb Ground neat 2 tb Brown sugar 1 1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Mustard 1 c Breadcrumbs 1 ea Egg 1/4 ts Pepper 1 tb Vinegar 8 oz Tomato sauce. w/onions Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt & pepper. I made this dish very often and my family enjoyed it so much. Frikadel pan is not only my family favorite but also a favorite of many Indo Dutch families that I would love to share with you all.
