Ingredients
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup of Ketchup
1/3 cup BBQ
3 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 lbs. of ground beef 85% or 90%
2 beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
1 Onion, finely diced
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tbsp. Garlic, minced
2 Slices of bread,
½ cup of Milk
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika

Homemade Meatloaf Recipe | Easy and Delicious
Ingredients. 2 Ib. Ground beef. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream. 1 tablespoon all purpose flour. 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 1 cup chopped onion. 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic. 1/2 cup chopped celery. 1 teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon of oregano. 1 teaspoon of black pepper. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. For toppings - 1/2 cup tomato ketchup. 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 to 60 minutes until internal temperature is 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Greek-Style Turkey Meatloaf - Everyday Food with Sarah Carey
If you love meatloaf, but want something a little different, try my Greek inspired turkey meatloaf. The secret? Layers of flavor, start by sautéing red onion, celery and garlic, stir into a combination of white and dark meat ground turkey, with some feta and dill, and you have a whole new loaf on your hands (literally cause you have to mix with your hands....!). Serve up with a crisp green salad for something.

Today I made a delicious easy MEATLOAF RECIPE for Sunday supper. This is an easy recipe and you can top it with ketchup, bbq sauce or leave as is.
RED POT
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Ground Beef ( I used 93/7 ratio)
1 small onion
1 tsp season all salt (or plain salt)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (in the video there is a typo)
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 large egg
***Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 50 to 55 minutes
