National Champion Chili Recipe (2018)
This chili recipe is a World Champion Chili Recipe from the 2017 Terlingua Chili Cook-Off. This is the championship-winning recipe from Brent Allen. In the video, we show you how to make a competition style chili (which doesn't allow for fresh ingredients) but we do not follow the recipe to a T, so please check out Brent Allen's competition-winning chili recipe here:

There are several different ways to make a red chili recipe and this is a competition championship chili recipe so it does not include many of those raw ingredients found in a home version of the traditional comfort food chili recipe such as onions or peppers. In competition, you can't add raw ingredients so you must use powders. If you want to try this at home -- which I recommend because it is DELICIOUS -- you can buy all of the chili powders I named online.

Cooking in a RV kitchen is easy if you have the right tools. Brian and some of his favorite chefs cook up a tasty White Chicken Chili recipe in our Instant Pot! Living in an RV full time doesn't mean you have to do without some of your favorite foods or recipes!, In this week's video we show you how to make a creamy, fresh White Chicken Chili along with tips and tricks to make it easy and delicious. Brian trades his wrenches for oregano! Lug nuts for a ladle and gaskets for garlic! Brian loves to cook! In fact, in our sticks and bricks, he did most of the cooking. Of course, there, we had tons of kitchen gadgets and gizmos to make gourmet cooking a breeze. We found that, while RV cooking in some smaller rigs can be challenging, it doesn't mean you have to give up your favorite recipes. The instant pot has changed how we cook and has made cooking our favorite recipes so much easier and quicker!
In this video, we take a light-hearted walk through the recipe with ingredients, cooking tips and instructions on how to create one of our favorite chicken chili recipes in the RV or at home! Find out why you shouldn't touch anything delicate when preparing this, AND what would have made Brian's cooking task a whole lot easier! He definitely needs a new one!

Ranch Fire Crackers
Move over bland. No plain crackers here. We're serving up crunchy, zesty bursts of flavor with Hidden Valley Ranch's Ranch Fire Crackers. All you need are five ingredients to transform these crackers from drab to fab and dip ready.
〈Ranch Fire Crackers Recipe〉
What You'll Need:
✓ 1 ½ cups olive oil
✓ 4 tbsp Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
✓ 3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
✓ 1 teaspoon black pepper
✓ 1 pound saltine crackers
Directions:
⁃ Pour the olive oil, seasoning mix, red and black peppers into a gallon-size Glad® Zipper bag. Seal the bag and thoroughly mix the ingredients together until well blended.
⁃ Place all of the crackers into the bag, re-seal, and gently turn the bag over several times to coat the crackers with the spice mixture. Be sure to coat as thoroughly as possible.
⁃ Let the bag sit at room temperature overnight.
⁃ When ready to bake, preheat oven to 250°F. Lay the crackers on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, to seal in the spices and dry slightly. Store in an airtight container.
