Grilled Flank Steak with Herb Sauce
Recipe:
Flank steak marinated in garlic, green onions, rosemary, white balsamic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grilled hot and fast. Rested. Then finished with a bright herbaceous sauce of basil, flat leaf parsley, green onions, garlic, crushed hot chili pepper paste, salt, white vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil.
A wonderfully balanced dish. Flavours that are sure to awaken your taste buds and whet your appetite.

You won't even believe what we've cooked up today. Using our very own Bearded Butcher Blend Seasoning, we walk you, literally all the way through Whitefeather Meats in Creston, OH as we prepare our delicious flank steak roll ups.

✔️Maintain a temp of 225-250 for about an hour, then crank the Big Green Egg up to about 400-450 to sear to an internal temperature of about 135 ( trust us, use an instant read thermometer).

Smoked flank steak is one of the best Traeger main dishes . RECIPE -
When you smoke flank steak at 225 degrees F it has a rich flavor that's super smoky but creates tender steak.
3 lb flank steak
For the smoked flank steak marinade...
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce, substitute Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 lime, juiced
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger minced, optional
½ tsp black pepper, ground
½ tsp chipotle powder
5 sprigs cilantro, rough chopped, optional
