French Breakfast Puffs
Moist, coated in melted butter, cinnamon, sugar straight out the oven. Very mouthwatering, and anything that defines deliciousness
For the Cinnamon Coating 3 tbsp melted butter 3 tbsp cinnamon 3 tbsp sweetener
Instructions: In a large bowl stir together almond flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Set a side. Add shredded cold butter, mix with your hands. Add eggs and mix until combined. Add mozzarella Use a cookie scoop to place the puffs on parchment paper lined baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes at 400F. To make the coating; melt the butter. In a separate bowl combine sweetener and cinnamon. Dip the warm puffs in the butter, coating thoroughly. Then roll in the cinnamon mixture.
