Guacamole con Garbanzo y totopos al horno - Guacamole with Chikpeas and oven baked tortilla chips

This Guacamole with chickpeas is a perfect snack. Besides is healthy and delicious. The best way to eat

In this video you will find the two recipes.
⏩You can support Katastrofa La Cocina on Patreon:
Ingredients:
For Guacamole:
2-3 Avocados.
1/2 Onion.
1/2 Cup of Coriander.
2 Lime/lemon (Juice).
1 Cup of boiled chickpeas.
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
1 Green Chile (I use Jalapeño Chile).
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
For Tortilla Chips:
Tortillas.
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Chili powder.
Tips/Recommendations:
- Also you can prepare Guacamole in a Molcajete or you can use a food processor.
- I like the flavor that red Onion gives to the food. If you want you can use other kind of Onion. The one
you like the most.
- You can use Pita bread or flour tortilla instead of Corn Tortilla.
- The Tortilla chips that I prepare were in oven about 10 min. After 5 minutes I remove from oven and turn the tortilla
chips to bake the other side, for 5 min more. It can take more or less time. It will depend of your oven.
- To prepare the Tortilla chips you can use the spices you like the most. In my case, I decide to use salt,
pepper and chili powder.
