How To make Gingerbread Baked In a Jar
2 1/4 cups Flour
all purpose
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Ginger
1 teaspoon chrystalized ginger :
finely minced
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Cloves
3/4 cup Margarine -- softened
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Molasses
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in margarine, water and molasses until well blended. Pour batter into pan or divide equally among the 5 jars. PAN METHOD. Bake in preheated 350~ oven for 30-40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. DON'T over-bake! Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm with lemon sauce. JAR METHOD. Bake in preheated 325~ oven for 30-35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.

Hot cocoa mix
Mini marshmallows
Sugar decoration
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Gingerbread spice
Fill the mason jar half way and add in your litter sugar decoration. Add in nutmeg, cinnamon, and gingerbread spice. Top it off with the mini marshmallows and tie or glue a ribbon on.

½ cup white sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2/3 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup crushed candy cane

Classic Gingerbread Cookies
1½ cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1½ cups flour
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp clove
1 tsp allspice

In a large mixing bowl, mix 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1 egg. Add 3/4 cup of molasses and the entire jar of cookie mix. Stir until well combined. The dough will be thick so you may want to use your hands. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. On a well-floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4 of an inch thick. Use cookie cutter to create gingerbread men and transfer them to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Enjoy!

Making a gingerbread house that lights up | Glass Gingerbread Greenhouse | Holiday Baking
Happy holidays everyone! I tried to make a glass gingerbread house (or green house?) from scratch this Christmas. This took me 3 days, from drafting the template, making the dough, baking the cookies to assembling them and decorating. But realistically, a few hours would be enough :)
Really fun project to undertake! Was a perfect centre piece for my cheese and charcuterie board.

Gingerbread dough ingredients:
- 200 butter
- 200g molasses sugar
- 5 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 eggs
- 650 g flour
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon (4.5g)
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger (9g)
- 1 tsp baking soda (4g)
- 1/2 tsp salt (2g)
Royal Icing:
- 2 Egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 500g icing sugar

Gingerbread House Cookies Stuffed With Marshmallows | Winter Dessert
Today, I’m intruding 2 ways to enjoy your gingerbread cookie houses!
????INGREDIENTS FOR THE TART CRUST:
• All purpose flour: 350g (12.3 oz)
• Almond flour: 50g (1.8 oz)
• Powdered sugar: 150g (5.3 oz)
• Salt: a few pinch
• Ginger powder: 2 tsp
• Cinnamon powder: 2 tsp
• All Spice: 1 tsp
• Unsalted butter: 180g (6.3 oz)
• Egg: 70g (2.5 oz)
• Molasses: 2 Tbsp
BAKE AT 350F / 175 C for 10-20 mins depending on the size until they are golden brown.
(For commercial ovens, bake at about 325F / 162C)
