How To make Gouda Muffins
2 c All purpose flour (500mL)
1/2 c Sugar (125mL)
1 tb Baking powder (15mL)
1 ts Salt (5mL)
1/2 ts Baking soda (2mL)
1 1/2 c Gouda cheese, shredded,
-(375mL) 1 c Plain yogurt (250mL)
1/4 c Butter, melted (50mL)
2 Eggs, beaten
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda; stir in cheese. In a small bowl, thoroughly combine yogurt, butter, and eggs. Add all at once to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among 12 large greased muffin cups. Bake in 400F200C oven 18-20 minutes. Source: Dairy Bureau of Canada ~=[PAM]=-

Pizza muffins with ground beef, kidney beans & gouda cheese recipe
Ingredients:
1 portion pizza dough
600g ground beef
150g gouda cheese
1 can pizza tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
20g chives
salt & pepper
Fry the beef with a bit oil in a hot pan stir a few minutes and scatter salt & pepper to it. Add the kidney beans, tomatoes & chives. Mix everything a let it simmer 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut round pieces out of it. Place the dough pieces in a muffin form and place a bit filling. Give a gouda cheese on top an put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 to 20 minutes. Now grab a few and enjoy. Look at my other work.
Creative Cooking: egg with gouda & cheddar cheese on english muffin
The egg was fried with olive oil, which only took about 3 mins.
Then it was placed on toasted whole grain english muffin with gouda & cheddar cheese.
Cherry tomatoes were also fried briefly on the same pan.
