How To make Granola Mix
10 c Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 c Wheat Germ
1/2 lb Shredded Coconut
2 c Shelled Raw Sunflower Seeds
1 c Sesame Seeds
3 c Chopped Nuts
1 1/2 c Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Molasses
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
3 ts Vanilla
Raisins Or Other Dried Fruit Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. (150 degrees F.). In a large bowl combine oats, wheat germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seed and nuts ( can include almonds, pecans, walnuts, or a combination of all of them). Blend well. In a large saucepan combine brown sugar, water, oil, honey, molasses, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Heat until sugar is dissolved, but do not boil. Pour the syrup over the dry ingredients and stir until well-coated. Spread onto five 13 X 9-inch baking pans, or cookie sheets with sides. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bake 15 minutes longer for crunchier texture. Cool. Add raisins or other dried fruit, if desired. Put in airtight containers and label as Granola mix. Store in a cool dry place and use within 6 months. Makes about 20 cups of mix.

Here's the master recipe for quick homemade granola:
½ cup nut butter
⅓ cup syrup
1 tsp extract
¼ cup seeds
2 cups rolled oats
½ - 1 cup nuts (This is the most expensive item, so it's flexible)
¼ tsp salt
optional extras (puffed grain, coconut flakes, spices, etc)
Mix the wet stuff first, then mix in everything else. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350F for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway. Don't let the sugar burn!

Ingredients:
3 cups (270g) rolled oats
1 cup (140g) almonds
1/3 cup (40g) peanuts
1/2 cup (60g) dried cranberries or sour cherries
2 tablespoons (12g) desiccated/shredded coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup +1½ tbsp (200g) honey or agave syrup
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp (80g) coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 340F (170C). line a 10” x 8” (25 X 20 cm) pan with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
3. Spread in baking pan, pressing down very firmly.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
5. Remove from the pan and cut into bars.

No Oven Granola Bars Recipe | ग्रेनोला बार | Chef Sanjyot Keer
Full recipe for No oven granola bars
Prep time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves: 1 kg
Ingredients:
• Sunflower seeds ½ cup
• Pumpkin seeds ½ cup
• Flax seeds 2 tbsp
• Dates 1 cup (pitted)
• Almonds ½ cup
• Cashew nuts ½ cup
• Walnuts 1/4th cup
• Rolled oats 2 cups
• Honey ½ cup
• Dried blueberries 1/4th cup
• Dried cranberries 1/4th cup
Method:
• Dry roast the seeds, nuts and rolled oats separately in a pan for 3-4 minutes. Add them in a mixing bowl and cool down together.
• Grind the pitted dates.
• Add the grounded dates, honey, dried blueberries and dried cranberries, mix well and then use clean hands to combine well.
• Pour the mixture in a lined baking tray, press and flatten to set into slab, add some dried berries and press with the back of the spoon.
• Refrigerate for one hour to set.
• Demold the slab and cut into bars or squares as required, store them in an airtight container while refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
