2 parts MARTINI & ROSSI Bianco Vermouth
2 parts Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 part Golden Syrup
4 parts Soda Water
+ Fresh Ruby Grapefruit Slice
Directions:
Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker.
Shake with one ice cube until dissolved.
Add soda to shaker and pour into a wine glass over ice.
Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit.
