Ham Loaf
Ham Loaf (From my D-I-L)
2 pound ham loaf mix 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk
Mix first four ingredients together and put it into a loaf pan & pat it down.
Syrup: 2/3-1 cup brown sugar (1 cup was too sweet for us) 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/2 tsp mustard
Mix syrup ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil for 2 minutes. Pour syrup over ham loaf and bake at 350 for 1 hour & 15 minutes to 1 hour & 1/2. Allow it to sit outside the oven for at least 10 minutes before removing to a platter & slicing. Note: I place my loaf pan on a cookie sheet In the oven as it tends to splatter while cooking. This can also be made into ham balls & bake with syrup for 30-35 minutes.

Ham Loaf: A Timeless Family Favorite Recipe #budgetmeals
This is an old Amish recipe that has been modified, I'm guessing. Let me know if you've seen the recipe made with Cornflakes.
Preheat oven at 350°
Loaves 1 1/2 Cup Crushed Cornflakes 3 1/2 lbs. Ground Lean Ham 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Pork 1/2 Cup Milk 6 Eggs
The ham is very salty, so keep that in mind if adding any seasoning. I run the corn flakes through the processor first, remove from the bowl, and then process the ham.
Mix well, shape into 2 or 3 loaves. Add some water and/or the drained pineapple juice into the pan to keep it moist during baking. About 1/8.
Glaze: 1 Can Drained Crushed Pineapple 1 Cup Brown Sugar
Mix 1 large can of drained Crushed Pineapple to 1 cup brown sugar and simmer for about 1 hour while the loaves are cooking.
Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours (depending on the size of your loaves or an internal temperature of 160°). Glaze with the pineapple mixture and bake another 30 mins.
A traditional meal that I crave is this baked and juicy Farmhouse Ham Loaf. This is one of the BEST comfort food recipes that we make.
Smoked ham and ground pork are seasoned with onion and bound together with eggs and graham cracker crumbs. Add a magical pineapple and brown sugar glaze to create one of our farm family’s best meals!
