How To make Ham and Potato Skillet
1/2 lb Ground fully cooked Ham
2 c Chopped Potatoes
1/2 c Chopped Onion
1/4 ts Dried Thyme, crushed
1 tb Grated parmesan cheese
1 c Sliced Celery
1 c Fresh or frz cut Green Beans
1/2 c Water
1/8 ts Pepper
Spray a large skillet with Pam. In the skillet cook ham, celery, and onion till vegetables are tender. Stir in potatoes; fresh green beans if using them; water; thyme; and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or till potatoes are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. If using frozen green beans, add to ham and potato mixture the last 7 minutes of cooking. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. *********************************************************** Per serving: 228 calories, 20 g protein, 25 g carbohydrates, 5 g fat, 42 mg cholesterol,

Hey folks! Today I made a delicious pan of saute potatoes :) or pan fried potatoes! This isn’t really a recipe as the quantities and seasonings you use can be completely changed and adapted to what you like :) But I’ve listed what I used in the video below.

What I used - Serves 3-4 people
4-5 Medium/Large potatoes - I used King Edwards
1 Small/Medium onion - Halved and sliced
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons boiling water
Seasonings -
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
** bacon could be added with the onions for a tasty twist**

INGREDIENTS
4 - 5 medium potatoes (Red or Yukon gold) Scrubbed thoroughly*
Salt for boiling water
12 strips of bacon cooked and diced
Bell peppers of different colors, diced
Onion, diced
2 tbsps butter
2 tsps oil (add more if necessary)
1 tbsp butter for the eggs
4 - 5 eggs
1/2 cup - 1 shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
Salt and black pepper
Paprika
onion powder
green onions
*Make this dish even easier by using chunky leftover French fries diced into 1/2 pieces????

This Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole is made in a skillet for a satisfying homestyle meal that everyone will love, with layers of baked ham, sliced potatoes and melty cheese with a golden au gratin crust!

Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes peeled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper ground
10 slices ham
10 slices swiss cheese or cheddar
1/2 cup parsley chopped
2 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese or mozzarella
2 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
-Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an ovenproof skillet.
-Peel the potatoes and slice into about 1/4-inch thickness pieces.
-Press a layer of potatoes into the prepared pan and season with salt and pepper. Add 4 slices each of ham and cheese.
Repeat with a layers of potatoes, ham and then cheese. Add one final layer of potatoes, parsley and then cheese.
-In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Pour evenly over grated cheese.
-Bake for 45 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!

Welcome back y'all! Today I'll be showing you how I make one of my favorites breakfast dishes. I remember the very first time I had skillet potatoes, my husband made then for me years ago and it was THE BOMB! If you love potatoes, then you'll love these. Very simple and beginner friendly.
5 Russet Potatoes
1/4 Onion- sliced
Salt to taste
Pepper
onion powder (optional)
paprika
parsley
thyme
3 tbsp oil (or more as needed)
2 tbsp unsalted butter (or more as needed)
3 tbsp Water
Season to your taste, I showed how to in the video. It's very easy, no measurements needed.
