1/2 cup oats
1 egg

Baked Oats {Viral TikTok Recipe}
Here's how to make the viral baked oats from TikTok!
Ingredients
▸ ½ cup rolled or quick oats
▸ ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
▸ ½ ripe banana
▸ 1 egg (can omit)
▸ 1 Tablespoon maple syrup (I used monkfruit maple syrup)
▸ 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
▸ ¼ teaspoon baking powder
▸ Pinch of cinnamon
▸ Pinch of sea salt
▸ 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)
optional toppings: more peanut butter for drizzling, extra maple syrup and a splash of milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend: Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a blender and blend until fully combined. Stir in 1-2 Tablespoons of chocolate chips.
3. Bake: Pour batter into greased baking dish or ramekin. Top with extra chocolate chips and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
4. Serve: Let cool, top with an extra drizzle of peanut butter, maple syrup and a splash of milk and dive in.

Do you love pancakes, but had to give them up because you're following a gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan diet? Watch this video with Katrina to learn how to make vegan pancakes with oats. This recipe is a personal favorite of Alecia, who is Katrina's sister.
Due to dietary needs, Alecia tested out many gluten-free and vegan pancakes before landing on this particular easy vegan oat pancakes recipe she could make for herself and her family. Like most of us, she wanted something that was both healthy and still tasted good!
Traditional pancakes are made with wheat flour (a no-no if you have a gluten sensitivity). They also use dairy milk and eggs, which are both a no-go if you're vegan/plant-based.
These vegan oat pancakes, on the other hand, use gluten-free rolled oats which you blend into a flour. In place of traditional dairy, you'll use a non-dairy milk soured with either lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
The good news is these oat vegan pancakes don't take any more time or effort to make then regular pancakes and they're much healthier overall.
