2 Trout 2 tb Honey 4 tb Butter or margarine 1 Lemon 1/2 c Cornmeal 1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1 Egg 1/3 c Milk Mix cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper in bowl. Mix egg and milk in separate bowl. Rub trout with lemon and dredge in cornmeal mixture. Dip in milk mixture and then back into cornmeal mixture. Heat butter or margarine to almost smoking in frying pan. Put trout in pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Put honey on top of trout, lower heat, cover and cook for 4 minutes. -----

6 table spoon of Cajun seasoning 3 tablespoon of chili powder 1/2 pound of trout 2 tablespoon of olive oil 2 tablespoon of honey
Season your trout. Add honey (both sides add Cajun season (both side) add chili (both sides )
Add olive oil to pan on medium to high heat . Add your trout . Cook each side for 4 min.
Serve with any veggies of your choice with wild rice or with sweet potato mash .Enjoy
