How To make Hot Pineapple Punch
1 cn 46-oz unsweetened pineapple
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Lime juice
1/4 t Ground nutmeg
3 1/4 c Dry white wine
1 x Cinnamon Sticks
1 x Fresh pineapple
In large saucepan, combine pineapple juice, sugar, lime juice, and nutmeg; bring to boiling, stirring till sugar dissolves. Reduce heat; stir in wine. Heat through but DO NOT BOIL. Pour into heat-proof glasses or mugs. Garnish each serving with cinnamon stick stirer and pineapple wedge. Makes about 9 cups.

6 cups water
1 1/2 ripe pineapples or 1 can of pineapple concentrate found in your freezer aisle : )
1/2 tsp ground clove
1 Tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
1 cup of sugar
1 stick of cinnamon

If your pineapples aren’t ripe use 2 or you can also enhance the flavor by using pineapple concentrate

Takara Sake USA presents a simple cocktail recipe!
Ingredients:
3 jalapeño slices, seeds removed
ice
2 oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz Yokaichi Mugi Shochu
1 Tbsp simple syrup
Tajin for rimming
lime wedges for rimming and garnish
pineapple wedge for garnish
Directions:
1. Add the jalapeño slices to a cocktail shaker and lightly bruise with a wooden spoon.
2. Add in ice, the lime juice, pineapple juice, tequila, Yokaichi Mugi, and simple syrup. Shake until the drink is chilled.
3. Rub a lime wedge along the rim of a glass. Coat the rim in tajin. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and pineapple wedge. Enjoy!
