12 oz Butterscotch chips 1/2 c Chunky peanut butter 2/3 c Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c Walnuts (chopped) Combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter in top of double boiler. Place over, not boiling water until butterscotch melts; remove from water. Stir until blended; add milk and stir just until blended. Spread in foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Press chopped nuts into surface, if desired, and chill until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Christmas Fudge
I typically make three different kinds of fudge - most recipes were found in the newspaper! The first was called Jingle Bell fudge - it's made with pumpkin and white chocolate bits - I add nuts, 'cause I love nuts!! Next is a cherry, almond fudge, which is described here - and then the age-old favorite - peanut butter fudge, by adding peanut butter to the recipe on the marshmello fluff jar!

1. Warm thin knife with blow torch 2. Slide through truffle shell in both directions 3. Warm small metal rod/piping tube or here I used the end of probe and push into the ends of the cut to make small holes 4.Using my cocoa powder gold trick (basically 2 parts cocoa to gold powder) roll jungle bells inside and dust off excessive cocoa and then dust with soft brush
