Cooking With Karen: Quick, Easy Korean-ish Barbecue Style Meatballs
I was looking for something new to cook during quarantine and this meatball recipe jumped out at me. Such delicious flavors! I took it open myself to make some tweaks to the recipe. I added more minced garlic, a tablespoon of ginger and half a tablespoon of toasted sesame oil. I also added an egg before mixing the meatballs. So good! Tons of flavor! My son even liked them...kinda.
