8" long
1 pound Hanburg
1 cup Spaghetti sauce
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 cup Ricotta
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 cup Cheddar; shred :
divide
1 cup Mozzarella; shred -- divide
Cut thin slices off tops of buns. Hollow out centers, leaving 1/4" thick shells; discard tops and center or save for another use. In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook 4-5 minutes or until heated through. Meanwhile, combine ricotta, Parmesan and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; mix well. Spoon meat sauce into buns; top with cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Ingredients
Bread
1 cup + 1 tbsp. of oil
2 tbsp. of parsley
1 tbsp. of garlic
1 cup of onion
1 cup of mince
1 cup + 1 tbsp. of salt
2 tbsp. of black pepper
1 tbsp. of red pepper powder
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of heavy cream
1 tbsp. of butter
1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1 cup of mozzarella
Directions
1- In a bowl combine oil, parsley and garlic.Stir the mixture
2- Cut the edges of each of your bread slices. Roll over them with a rolling pin. Brush both sides of the slices with the mixture you just made.
3- Place the slices in your bowl at the edges of your bowl. Set aside
4- In a frying pan combine oil and onions and start cooking. Add mince.
5- After the mince has browned add salt, black pepper, red pepper powder, tomato sauce and at last, heavy cream.
6- Melt the butter in a pot. After it's melted add flour, milk, salt and black pepper.Beat the mixture while it's being heated.
7- After the mixture thickens, add mozzarella and beat rapidly.
8- Layer the cooked mince, bread slices, the flour/milk mixture and mozzarellas on top of each other like shown in the video. Bake it at 356ºF/180ºC for 30 minutes.
