Cookies Domino/Fun and easy recipe.
This cookie is as easy as it is fun to make. Get your kids involved, have them put chocolate chips on the cookie. You can teach them how to play Domino. You can also make these for Game night at your house. Recipe is very simple:
You will need:
2 cups self-rising flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup cold butter(cubed)/1 stick/110g
2 eggs(slightly beaten)
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ tsp vanilla powder or ½ tsp vanilla extract
Using food processor, add flour and cold butter, pulse into fine crumbs.
Add vanilla and sugar, pulse for couple more seconds.
Add egg mixture enough to form dough. Dough has to come to a ball and not be sticky.
You can mix this dough by hand, using either pastry cutter or fork.
Wrap dough in plastic and and refrigerate for 30-40 min.
After refrigeration, take dough out and cut it in half.
Roll out to ¼ of an inch thick.
Cut out domino shape cookies 2x 4.
Using back side of the kitchen knife do markings on half way.
Put mini chocolate chips on each side of the cookie to make them look like dominoes.
Using spatula with fine edge, transfer cookies to a lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated to 350°F oven for 12-15 min or until edges are slightly browned.

I made Domino's Chocolate Orange Cookies, But BETTER!!
I tried the new dominos festive cookies and I think they turned out even better :) I made the normal portion served by domino's but this batch makes 9 hearty sized cookies. Best thing is they can be frozen up to 6 months and can make a quick amazing snack when you feel peckish.
I like making recipes that require small ingredients so it doesn't go to waste. let me know if you want ingredients to make bigger batch.
