How To make Low Cal Cheesecake
2 Envelopes plain gelatin
6 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
3 Eggs, separated
1 1/2 c Skim milk
1 ts Grated lemon rind
3 c Creamed cottage cheese
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Vanilla
6 tb Sugar
1/3 c Graham cracker crumbs
Mix together gelatine, 6 TBSP sugar, and salt in top of double boiler. Beat together egg yolks and milk; add to gelatin mixture. Place over boiling water and cook, stirring constantly until gelatine is dissolved and mixture thickens slightly (6 min app.) Remove from heat and stir in lemon rind. Chill to unbeaten egg white consistency. While mixture is chilling, beat cottage cheese on high speed of electric mixer for 3 minutes (or press through sieve, or use food processor). Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in gelatine mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Gradually add 6 TBSP sugar, and beat until very stiff. Fold gently into gelatine mixture. Turn into an 8 inch springform pan and sprinkle top with crumbs. Chill until firm. 10-12 servings of approximately 125 calories per serving. From the files of: Melissa Mierau, Martensville, Sk

Macros entire cheesecake: 1110 calories, 84C, 14F, 147P
400g skyr
400g cream cheese
30g flour
2 eggs
60g whey
3g ginger
30g sweetener
15g vanilla extract
100g canned fruit +50g fruit juice
Bake at 180°C or 350°F (i said 400 in the video, that is wrong) for 35-45 min. Refrigerate overnight.

Ingredients you’ll need:
CHEESECAKE FILLING:
- 226g/8oz (1/2 Cup) Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 255g Greek Yogurt (1 Cup)
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 70g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
- 15g (1 Tbsp) Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- 2-4 Sweetener Packets (optional)
- 3g (1 tsp) Extract of Choice (optional)
*I used Maple Extract but Coconut, Caramel, and Almond Extract all work great!
MERINGUE:
- 4 Egg Whites
- 50g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
- 10g (4 tsp) Corn Starch
- 5g (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract
RIDICULOUS BROWNIE BASE:
- 15g (2 Tbs) Flour
- 20g Cocoa Powder
- 12g Protein Powder
- 45g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
- Pinch of Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 120g Diet Soda
*@lowcalrecipes98 uses 21g of cocoa but I used 20g and it works perfectly for me, check out her IG for this and many other amazing recipes!
