brown sugar

mozzarella cheese, part-skim

cup
parmesan cheese
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 14 inch pizza crisper pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press prepared crust onto pan and bake for 14 to 16 minutes. Meanwhile saute mushrooms, carrots, zucchini and onion in oil over medium heat for 3 minutes. When crust in prebaked, sprinkle with vegetables, sauce, seasonings, sugar and cheeses. Bake for 15 more minutes.

What I made for dinner / Low-fat vegan pizza
For dinner tonight I made myself a low-fat vegan pizza with a rustic thin crust. I used salt-free tomato sauce sprinkled with Go Veggie Parmesan and cayenne pepper. Then I topped the pizza with onions, mushrooms, and hot banana peppers. I put the pizza in the oven at 420 degrees, and cooked it for fifteen minutes. It was a delicious dinner that nicely complimented the starch solution diet promoted by Dr. John A. McDougall.
High Carb, Low Fat, OIL FREE pizza
Pizza dough recipe - Makes 2 (12) pizza bases
300g strong bread flour
1tsp yeast
200ml luke warm water
Knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface if you don't have a dough mixer.
Split the dough in half, roll out, add the toppings of your choice
Cook in a preheated oven at 200C for 10 - 12 minutes

●1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

●1/2 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce
●1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
●3 to 4 cups fresh vegetables such as halved cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets, and shredded radicchio
●1 cup mushrooms, halved or sliced
●2 oz. chorizo sausage, cooked and drained
●1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
