REZEPT UND ZUTATEN:
1 Zwiebel.
Olivenöl.
Garen 3-5 Min.
1 Karotte.
Salz.
3-5 Minuten kochen.
1/2 gelber Paprika.
1/2 grüner Paprika.
1 roter Paprika.
Rühren nicht vergessen.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und 10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze garen.
3-4 Kartoffeln.

Minze und Petersilie.
Soda 1 Teelöffel.
Es ist sehr gut, Obst und Gemüse mit Soda zu waschen. So werden die Produkte besser gereinigt.
Fein hacken.
Ich füge mehr Salz hinzu.
Schwarzer Pfeffer.
2 Eier.
Joghurt 100 gr. / 1/2 Tasse.
Gut mischen.
Fadennudeln 50 gr.
Zugedeckt 12 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze garen.
Ich füge noch 2 Gläser Wasser hinzu.
Unsere Suppe wird köstlich sein.
Während die Suppe kocht, mache ich leckere Snacks.
Lassen Sie uns ein paar Minuten backen.
Salz.
Kräuter der Provence.
Geräucherte Paprika.
Knoblauchpulver.
Olivenöl.
Parmesan.
Im Backofen bei 200°C (400°F) 10-15 Minuten backen.
Wir fügen unserer köstlichen Suppe Gemüse hinzu.
Was für ein Duft!!!
Brühe hinzufügen.
Eimischung zugeben.
Gut umrühren!

One Pot TORTELLINI SOUP with Italian Sausage & Vegetables Everyone Will Love!
This flavorful soup is an easy one pot meal that our family has enjoyed for years! It's loaded with Italian sausage, onions, garlic, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, and of course, tortellini, all simmered in a savory tomato beef broth.

Ingredients:
1 LB Italian Sausage
1 cup (1/2 large) Yellow Onion, diced
1 tsp minced Garlic or 2 cloves thinly sliced
1 cup Carrots (3 small-medium or 2 large)
2 cups Tomatoes (4 medium or 15 oz can diced tomatoes), diced
12 cups Water
15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1/2 teaspoon each dried Basil and Oregano
1 Tbsp dried Parsley
2 Heaping Tbsp (1/4 cup) Beef Bouillon
1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups (2 small or 1 large) Zucchini, sliced thick
16-18 oz Cheese Tortellini, refrigerated
Parmesean Cheese

Minestrone Soup | Home-Based Cooking
Home-Based Cooking is a great activity you can do at home by yourself, or with friends and family! In this video we learn how fun and easy it is to make Minestrone Soup.
Ingredients
Olive Oil
¾ Cup Yellow Onion Diced (or 1 Medium Onion)
2 Celery Ribs Sliced
2 Medium Carrots Peeled and Sliced
1 Medium Zucchini Halved and Sliced
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 14 Ounce Can Diced Tomatoes (Italian Flavoring)
6 Cups of Vegetable Broth
¼ Cup Tomato Paste
2 tsps of Italian Seasoning
1 15 Ounce Can Small White Beans Drained and Rinsed
1 15 Ounce Can Kidney Beans Drained and Rinsed
½ Cup Frozen Cut Green Beans
1 Pound of Your Favorite Pasta - Small Shell, Rotelle, Rotinni Cooked Separately
Optional - Baby Spinach and Chopped Parsley
In your favorite Soup Pot over medium high heat warm up 1-2 T of Olive Oil. Then add the onion, celery, carrots and zucchini.
Cook vegetable for 3-5 minutes, until tender. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Add salt and pepper (I go easy on the salt, can always add more later) and the Italian Seasoning and cook for another minute
Add the tomatoes, vegetable broth, tomato paste and bring back to a simmer
Add the beans (White, Kidney and Green) and Simmer for 15-20 Minutes
Here is also where you would add your pasta...we add ours individually
Check your seasoning
(You could add the baby spinach here and cook for 2 minutes)(Or you could add it with the pasta in the next step)
Serve over your Pasta
Top with Parsley and Serve

Benvenuti su COOKCAST! Oggi voglio preparare con voi uno “spaghetto” che è buono a mezzanotte, a mezzogiorno e in ogni situazione. Pochi ingredienti bastano per creare qualcosa di delizioso e la pasta aglio, olio e peperoncino ne è la dimostrazione. Originaria della tradizione culinaria napoletana questa ricetta è molto popolare in tutta Italia e molto amata a tutte le età. Buono da gustare a tutte le ore e in tutte le situazioni. Basta seguire alcune regole e i pochi ingredienti di questo piatto vi daranno tanta soddisfazione.
Essendo un piatto molto popolare e una ricetta antica se ne trovano diverse versioni. Oggi condividiamo con voi la nostra versione degli spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino.
Ricetta per 2
•250g spaghetti alta qualità (“il segreto per una buona piatto di pasta è la pasta” diceva una famosa pubblicità italiana)
•5 spicchi di aglio
•60g olio evo
1 peperoncino piccante
1 mazzetto di prezzemolo fresco
1 cucchiaio di sale marino
• mettere l’olio in una pentola con aglio e rametti di prezzemolo. Accendere la fiamma a fuoco medio alto (attenzione a non bruciare l’aglio)
• Aggiungere il peperoncino e abbassare la fiamma
• Aggiungere il sale in abbondante acqua salata in una pentola e versare gli spaghetti.
• Aggiungere al “sughetto” due mestoli d’acqua “magica” di cottura della pasta. Ora rimuovere aglio e rametti di prezzemolo.
• Scolare la pasta bene al dente (conservate un mestolo di acqua di cottura potrebbe servire) e passare nel sugo. Amalgamare il tutto molto bene. Aggiungere il prezzemolo tritato e servire con foglierete di prezzemolo intero. Buon appetito amanti del buon cibo.

Few ingredients are enough to create something delicious and pasta with garlic, oil and chilli pepper is proof of this. Originally from the Neapolitan culinary tradition, this recipe is very popular throughout Italy and much loved by all ages. Good to be enjoyed at all hours and in all situations. Just follow a few rules and the few ingredients of this dish will give you so much satisfaction.
Being a very popular dish and an ancient recipe, there are different versions of it. Today we share with you our version of spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper.
Recipe for 2
• 250g high quality spaghetti (the secret to a good pasta dish is pasta said a famous Italian advertisement)
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 60g extra virgin olive oil
• 1 spicy pepper
• 1 bunch of fresh parsley
• 1 tablespoon of sea salt
* put the oil in a pan with the garlic and sprigs of parsley. Turn the heat up to medium-high (be careful not to burn the garlic)
* Add the spicy pepper and lower the heat
* Add the salt in plenty of salted water in a pot and pour the spaghetti.
* Add two ladles of magic pasta cooking water to the sauce. Now remove the garlic and parsley sprigs.
* Drain the pasta “al dente” (keep a ladle of cooking water that could be useful) and pass in the sauce. Mix everything very well. Add the chopped parsley and serve with whole parsley leaves. Buon appetito food lovers
