Ingredients:
For the dough:
Flour, 2 cups.
Yeast, 1 and 1/2 TSP.
Sugar, 1 and 1/2 TSP.
Salt, 1 TSP.
Oil, 4 TBSP.
Hot Milk, 1/4 cup.
Hot Water, 5-6 TBSP.
For Topping:
Pizza Sauce or Ketchup, As Required.
Cheddar Cheese, As Required.
Cheddar Cheese, As required.
Boiled Chicken, As required.
Chopped Onions, As required.
Green Pepper Chopped, As required.
Olives, As Required.
Mushrooms, As required. [ Optional]
Oregano, As required. [ Optional]
Step 1.
Mix Flour [ 2 cups, Yeast [ 1 and 1/2 TSP], Sugar [ 1 and 1/2 TSP] and Salt 1 Tsp.
Step 2.
Mix well.
Step 3.
Mix Oil [ 4 TBSP], Hot Milk [ 1/4 cup] and Hot Water [ 5 - 6 TBSP]
Step 4.
Knead well.
Step 5.
Rest for 1 hour until doubled its size.
Step 6.
Pour it in a pizza pan.
Step 7.
Add Pizza Sauce or Ketchup, Cheddar Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Boiled Chicken, Chopped Onions, Green Pepper Chopped, Olives, Mushrooms and Oregano.
Step 8.
Bake in preheated oven at 180*C/375*F for 10 - 15 minutes.
Step 9.

In the Foods that Unite Us episode of My Greek Table, Season 4, Grek-Mex Chicken Fajitas is a favorite recipe mostly because the marriage of Greek and Mexican cuisines is becoming all the more popular in Athens. The two culinary traditions, despite being on opposite sides of the globe, complement each other beautifully. This recipe is also chock full of sponsors’ products, from the pre-cooked Mediterranean chicken strips by Grecian Delight - Kronos, to the plain Meltemi Greek Yogurt, to the crumbled Dodoni Feta!
Ingredients
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
4 Tbsp extra virgin Greek olive oil or more, as needed
1 large red onion thinly sliced
Sea salt
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp chili powder or as desired
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried Greek oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 pound pre-cooked Mediterranean chicken strips
8 6-inch flour tortillas

-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Aloo (Potatoes) small cubes 2 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 5-6
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole 3-4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add potatoes,mix well & cook until light golden (5-6 minutes).
-Add tomatoes & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes).
-Add salt,black pepper powder,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add eggs one by one,red chilli crushed & green chillies,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander,cut into slices & serve with paratha & tea.

-Namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein,lal mirch crushed aur hari mirchein dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal dein,slices mein cut karein,paratha aur chai ka saath serve karein.
