How To make Mom's Chili
1 lb Ground beef
2 lg Yellow onions,
-chopped 1 lb Kidney beans
1/2 lb Tomato paste
6 oz Water
3 Garlic cloves
-(or more, to taste) 1 Bay leaf
Ketchup (1 "glub") 1 T Chili powder
-(or more to taste) Brown the meat and onions, separately if desired. In a large, heavy pot, combine the meat and onions, and the other ingredients except the chili powder. Simmer at least one hour. Six or more hours is better. Stir in the chili powder. NOTES: * A mild, hearty chili -- This chili won't win any awards in Texas, but it's a nice, mild, flavorful dish. The recipe can easily be multiplied; I usually make a triple batch and freeze the excess. For a spicier chili, use more chili powder, or, even better, mix your own spices. Veg, chicken, pork or mutton MOMOs 10 to 20 pieces
Onion : 100 grams
Mixed colored Paprika : 200 grams
Tomatoes chopped (Optional) : 150 grams
Fresh Chilli chopped (Optional) : 2-3 chopped
Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 table spoon
Tomato Sauce : 2-3 Table spoon
Dark Soya sauce : 2-3 Table spoon
Black peppers : 1/4 table spoon
Salt as per your taste
Garlic : 2 Table spoon
Oil to fry momos

3 to 4 chicken breasts.
You can use oven roasted chicken ( shredded)
2 cans of Rotel ( undrained)
Small bag of frozen corn
2 Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz each.
One to two cans black beans ( rinsed and drained.
1 tbsp. ranch powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Cook on low in crockpot 6 to 7 hours
Serve on Tostitos chips or Corn fajitas or taco’s.
