How To make Mudslide Brownies
2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 t Baking powder
1/2 t Salt
2/3 c Unsalted butter
4 oz Unsweetned choc, chopped
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
4 T Coffee liqueur
2 T Irish Creme liqueur
1 T Vodka
3/4 c Coarsely ch. walnuts (opt.)
Kahlua Glaze: 1 1/4 c Powdered sugar
3 T Coffee liqueur
Sift flour with baking powder and salt. In small saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Set over low heat, just until chocolate is melted. Set aside. In bowl, beat in dry ingredients, chocolate mixture, coffee liqueur, Irish creme liqueur and vodka. Fold in nuts. Pour into 13x9-inch pan and bake at 350F about 25 minutes. Cool in pan. Spread with Kahlua Glaze. Decorate with whole coffee beans, if desired. Cut into squares and serve.

120g rye flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
395g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
50g unsalted butter, chopped

270g light soft brown sugar

Mudslide Fudge Brownies are the ultimate treat for chocolate lovers. These rich and decadent brownies are infused with the flavors of coffee and Bailey's Irish Cream, making them the perfect dessert for any special occasion or just an indulgent afternoon snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) of unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
For the Fudge Layer:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp Bailey's Irish Cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt and stir until combined.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture and stir until just combined.
Add Bailey's Irish Cream and coffee and stir until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
For the Fudge Layer:
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over low heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
Add the chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in Bailey's Irish Cream.
Spread the fudge layer over the cooled brownies.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the fudge layer to set.
Cut into squares and serve.
