Recipe by: Taste of Home April/May 1995 In a bowl, combine dressing, preserves and soup mix. Place chicken in two ungreased 11x7x2" baking pans; top with dressing mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; baste. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear.

Non Alcoholi Teriyaki chicken

Ingredients
Soy sauce 1/4 c
Ginger (grated)1 tbsp
Garlic(chopped or grated)2cloves
Honey 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 5 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Chicken breast 2 no
Bak choy 1 bunch
Broccoli 1 small
How To Make No-fuss Chicken Goulash
Whip up a batch of this hearty chicken goulash from taste.com.au in only 40 minutes. This is an easy family favourite and very tasty. You could easily make it low carb by substituting low carb pasta or even zucchini noodles. Just peel 2 or 3 large zucchini, then using the vegetable peeler create wide fettuccine shaped slices. Stop when you get to the seeds in the middle.
▪ 1 tablespoon olive oil
▪ 6 chicken thigh fillets, chopped
▪ 1 brown onion, halved, thickly sliced
▪ 250g button mushrooms, halved
▪ 1 red capsicum, chopped
▪ 2 garlic cloves, crushed
▪ 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
▪ 2 tablespoons no-added salt tomato paste
▪ 400g can cherry tomatoes in juice
▪ 300g dried fettuccine
▪ 2 tablespoons light sour cream
▪ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Step 1 - Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook chicken, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2 - Reduce heat to medium. Heat remaining oil in pan. Add onion, mushroom, capsicum, garlic and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add tomato paste, cherry tomatoes and 1 cup cold water. Increase heat to high. Bring to the boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has slightly thickened. Season with pepper.
Step 3 - Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions, until tender. Drain. [If using zucchini, boil or microwave for only about 2 minutes.]
