Creamy Navy Bean Soup: An Easy and Delicious Recipe
Beans are the ultimate in comfort foods. Combine beans and soup together and what do you get? A great tasting, fill you up meal. It’s very versatile as you can use the veggies that you have on hand or any meat. My son could not get enough and designated all leftovers as his own. Lol. #beansrecipe #comfortfoods #souprecipe
Navy Bean Soup
1 lb of navy beans
2 Large Carrots
2 Large Stalks
1 Large onion
3 garlic cloves
1 bay leave
14 tsp thyme
1 chicken stock cube
1 32 oz of chicken broth
2 TBS butter
I used a preslices Ham and cut it int cubes. Use any meat like a sausage even chicken will work.
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
red pepper/Cheyenne optional
This goes great with all types of bread. My favorite is a biscuit to get at those juices.
Cook until beans are tender.

Black Bean Soup Recipe - Creamy, Spicy, Delicious
Learn how to make black bean soup. This spicy black bean soup recipe is easy, creamy, and huge on flavor, with loads of black beans and just the right amount of spice. It's the perfect weeknight meal.

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion chopped (I used a yellow onion)
1 bell pepper chopped
2 jalapeno peppers chopped
1 celery rib chopped
1 medium carrot peeled and chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon spicy red pepper flakes or more to taste!
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans 15 ounces each black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups chicken broth vegetable broth is good, too
Juice from 1 small lime
FOR GARNISH: Sliced peppers spicy chili flakes, fresh chopped parsley, crumbly white cheese, or whatever else you prefer

15 Bean Soup Recipe! Hardy, Robust, So Many Flavors, So Good!
I had been asked by a viewer to do a 15 (or 18) bean soup so I shared this recipe. I love the flavors and hardiness so much and thought this is such a great tasting soup! It’s flavors are very pronounced so cut back on the amount of each seasoning you use if you don’t like your flavors so strong. Thank you so much for watching! ????

CROCKPOT HAM & BEAN SOUP -- MAKE IT EASY MONDAY
This hearty soup made with ham hocks or a ham bone is easy and flavorful and always hits the spot with just a few ingredients! And the crockpot does all the work!
HAM & BEAN SOUP
1-2 smoked ham hocks and some diced ham chunks (if you don't like smoke as much, only use one ham hock.)
1 large diced potato
1 diced large carrot
1 medium onion diced
1 bag of dry great northern beans
Water
1 tbs Better Than Bouillon Ham Base
2 tsp thyme
1 tbs parsley
1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
(celery, liquid smoke, mashed potatoes etc. optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Soak the beans over night in a large flat dish with water, covering all beans plus 1-2 inches of water on top. The beans will soak up that liquid to become re-hydrated.
Rinse beans and place in the crockpot.
Add water to fill to 3/4 full.
Add ham hocks and onion. Turn on high for one hour, then down to low for 4-5 hrs.
When ham hocks are tender, remove, debone and shred/dice and add back to the soup.
Add remaining ingredients and let go on slow another 1-2 hrs.
Serve up with a good crusty bread and butter!

Ingredients :
- 1 kg Beef bones
- 300 g Red speckled beans
- Water( I used 1500ml/ 7.5 cups)
Spices:
- 1 ½ Beef stock cubes
- 2 teaspoons Mild curry powder
- 2 teaspoon Steak chops
- 2 teaspoons Barbecue spice
- 1 teaspoon Meat spice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
Veggies:
- ½ Onion
- Handful ½ Fresh coriander
- ¼ ginger root
