4 c Oats; quick cooking 1/2 c Sugar; granulated 1 c Sugar; brown, packed 1 c Butter; melted
TOPPING:
1 pk Chocolate chips;-6 oz. 1 c Peanut butter; crunchy To make Base: Combine oats and sugars in large bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into greased 9X13" pan and bake in preheated 350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare topping. Melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring to blend. OH HENRY! CHOCOLATE BAR Ice Cream Recipe
Oh Henry! is a chocolate bar (candy bar) containing peanuts, caramel, fudge, and chocolate. That sounds like perfect ingredients for an ice cream. You only need 4 ingredients and with the help of an ice cream maker, there will never be a need to buy ice cream again.
Here is the recipe - 1/4 cup of sugar - 4 frozen chopped Oh Henry! chocolate bars (approximately 1 cup) - 2 cups chocolate milk (2%) - 1 cup whipping cream (35%)
This decadent Scotcharoo Bar recipe is a delicious marriage of peanut butter rice krispie treat, topped with a blend of melted chocolate and butterscotch chips.

Ingredients: • 1 cup sugar • 1 cup light corn syrup (Karo) • 1 cup creamy peanut butter • 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips • 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions To make the Scotcheroo Bars 1️⃣ In a large saucepan, bring sugar and corn syrup just to a boil. The sugar will melt into the corn syrup. Remove from heat and while still warm, add peanut butter. Stir to incorporate. 2️⃣ Add Rice Krispies and stir to combine. 3️⃣ Put mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13 pan. Use clean hands or a spatula to spread mix evenly throughout the pan.
To make the Chocolate Chip and Butterscotch Topping 1️⃣In a small/cereal sized bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring occasionally, until chips are melted and smooth. 2️⃣ Spread over scotcheroo bars evenly. Allow topping to set before cutting into squares and serving.
