How To make Omelet Ole
1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
2 tb Green onion slices
2 tb Margarine or butter
3 Eggs,beaten
2 tb Milk
1/4 lb Velveeta Mexican
Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Pepper Cubed Saute peppers and onions in 1 tbsp. margarine or butter in a 7" skillet.Remove vegetables from the skillet.Melt remaining butter or margarine in the skillet over low heat.Add combined eggs and milk.As eggs set,lift edges,slightly,with a spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.When eggs are set but the top is still moist,place 1/2 cup process cheese spread and 1/4 cup of the vegetables on half of the omelet.Slip spatula underneath,tip the skillet to loosen and gently fold in half.Top with the remaining process cheese spread and vegetables.Cover 2 to 3 minutes or until process cheese spread begins to melt.Total cooking time
should be 10 minutes.Makes 2 servings.

PEPPERONI PIZZA OMELETTE | A quick and easy 5 minute recipe.
In this video I'll show y'all how to make pepperoni pizza omelettes. Eggs filled with spicy pizza sauce, plenty of delicious pepperoni and melted mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. A quick and easy 5 minute dish. If you're bored with plain ole omelettes, give this recipe a try.
SHOPPING LIST:
2 large eggs
Splash of milk or water
1 tbls. salted butter
2 tbsp. spicy pizza sauce
Pepperoni rounds.
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chives for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl beat the eggs with a splash of milk or water. Beat well.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow to melt.
Heat the pepperoni in another skillet on low heat.
Pour the eggs into the heated skillet and gently shake the skillet to evenly distribute for even cooking.
When the edges are cooked and most of the liquid is not visible on top add the pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheeses.
Carefully flip one side of the omelette to the other side and sprinkle more of the two cheeses on top.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for about 1 more minute to heat the pepperoni and melt the cheeses.
Slide the omelette onto a plate, garnish with chives and serve immediately.

Quick and Tasty Olé Omelette
Welcome to our second quick and tasty recipe, where we make a salsa and cheese omelette that's easy to make and satisfies everyone on any budget. Look forward to more recipes!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of Salsa
4 slices of Gouda or any other hard cheese
Teaspoon of oil (Olive oil or Canola)
Optional ingredient:
Spring onions as a garnish.
Preparation:
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Add the 2 tablespoons of salsa and stir in well.
Put the teaspoon of oil into a ceramic non-stick pan heated for approximately 30-40 seconds on medium heat.
Pour in egg and salsa batter into pan.
When batter begins to form, place the four slices of cheese in a row on one side.
Wait for about a minute and then fold one side of the omelette onto the other.
Remove and place onto plate.
Optional:
Spread some cut spring onions over omelette.

Break eggs 2 pcs
Add salt to taste
Add ground black pepper to taste
Mix well
Add oatmeal extra 2 tablespoons
Mix
Chop the greens finely
Chop green onions finely
Preheat a frying pan
Grease the pan with vegetable oil
Pour the omelet into the frying pan
Reduce heat
To cover with a lid
After two minutes, sprinkle the omelet with greens, green onions and cheese
Gently fold the omelette in half
Cover the pan with a lid
Cooking for another 3-4 minutes on low heat
Oatmeal omelet is ready
