How To make Orange Ooze Cupcakes
FILLING:
8 Ounces Cream cheese softened
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Sugar
Yellow and red food coloring 6 Ounces Chocolate chips
:
CUPCAKES 3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Cocoa
2 Teaspoons Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Plus 2 tablespoons vegetable :
oil
2 Tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Measuring cups and spoons, cupcake baking pans, paper cupcake liners, two small mixing bowls, electric mixer, mixing spoon, large mixing bowl, oven mitts.
Preheat oven to 350F. Line cupcake baking pans with paper cupcake liners.
In small mixing bowl, use electric mixer to combine cream cheese, egg and sugar. Blend in 2 drops yellow food coloring and 1 drop red food coloring, adding more coloring if necessary to reach desired shade. Use mixing spoon to stir in chocolate chips; set filling aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In second small mixing bowl, combine water, vegetable oil, vinegar and vanilla. Add contents of small mixing bowl to large mixing bowl and stir with mixing spoon to combine.
Using mixing spoon or soup spoon, fill cupcake liners half full with cupcake batter, then place 1 teaspoon filling at center of each. As cupcake bakes, the batter will rise to surround the filling.
Wearing oven mitts, place cupcake pans in oven; bake approximately 25 minutes or until cupcakes test done.
When done, wear oven mitts to remove pan from oven and turn off oven.
If desired, frost with orange icing--or just let the orange filling ooze out as a surprise.

1 tin of peaches (syrup strained and saved)
50g caster sugar
For the cupcakes...
63g self raising flour
63g caster sugar
63g soft unsalted butter
1 large egg
1/8 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tbsp milk
1/4 batch of peach goo to ripple and 1/4 to fill the cupcakes
For the buttercream
1/4 batch of my Vanilla Buttercream recipe + food colouring

You like carrots or not you will like this carrot cake. It's soft and moist, you don't really taste carrot in it. The orange flavour goes very well with it, This is my own recipe and this is how I like my carrot cake. but if you want to use vanilla, cinnamon, or almond you certainly can. Although I strongly recommend that you try the way it is.

I can buy strawberries year-round but the ones available in the winter look beautiful but have very little taste, which is beyond disappointing! I whipped up my favorite vanilla cupcakes and added in tons of chopped strawberries, so easy and delicious. The cake is topped with a pretty little dollop of strawberry buttercream and a trio of sliced strawberries accompanied by a sprig of mint.

Unusual Cupcakes Baked In Orange Peel!
Hi, guys! Today we're gonna make delicious chocolate orange cupcakes! The best thing is there won't be many dirty dishes after that! And all because oranges will be the baking dish! Cool, isn't it?
Well, we need to cut off the oranges tops and remove the pulp trying not to damage the skin. Guys, don't forget about safety when working with sharp objects. It's better to ask an adult to help you! While Sammy is squeezing the juice out of the pulp, we'll prepare our so to speak cupcake molds. You'd be surprised how simple it is! It can be done in 2 quick steps! Step one - place the cut top down, and step two - place the peel that's left on its top. Then fix this structure with toothpicks.
Now it's the baking turn! Let's make the batter! It's really easy! We need sugar, juice, eggs, melted chocolate, melted butter, and flour! In our video we'll tell you the exact amount of ingredients, so watch all the way! All there's left to do is to portion out this mixture into the oranges. Then we'll bake these for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius. Pay attention, guys, we don't need to pour the batter up to the brim, cause it will rise a bit later in the oven.
