How To make Pancit
1/4 c Cooking oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Onion, minced
1 c Meat, boiled (pork,
-chicken, or shrimp) 1 lg Carrot, cut into
-thin strips 1 sm Cabbage, shredded
3 tb Soy sauce
3 tb Broth
1 Celery, bunch
8 oz Rice sticks
-or wheat noodles 1 ts Salt
1 ts MSG
1 Spring onion, chopped
Saute garlic in cooking oil. Add onions, meat, carrot and cabbage. Season with soy sauce and fry for 2 more minutes. Add broth and simmer, then add celery. When vegetables are cooked, add rice sticks or noodles and season with salt and MSG. Garnish with spring onions. Serve with lemon. NOTES: * Filipino cabbage in garlic and soy sauce -- I got this from Lynne Fitzsimmons who got it from a Filipino friend of her mother's. * You will need a big frying pan to fit all the ingredients. You may leave out the salt and MSG if you like. INGREDIENTS
-800g pork belly sliced into strips
-water enough to submerge meat
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-400g chicken liver (marinated in 1Tbsp soy sauce and 1Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning for about 10min)
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1/4tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1 and 1/2Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
-3Tbsp soy sauce
-6Tbsp oyster sauce
-2pcs sliced carrots
-half of a cabbage sliced
-added about 2 and 1/2Cup water (add more water if needed)

Para sa mga gustong magluto ng simpleng Bam-i try this recipe napakadali lang gawin nito at perfect din panghanda sa Pasko! palagi itong ni re request ng pamilya ko tuwing may okasyon sana magustuhan niyo, simple lang pero ang sarap!
Bam-i Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 kg pork w/ fat
1/4 kg pork liver
2 pcs Chinese sausage / chorizo bilbao
1/4 kg pancit canton
4 rolls longi vermicelli sotanghon
4 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion, sliced
1 medium size bell pepper
1 medium size carrot, julienne
1/2 of whole Cabbage, sliced
1 tsp salt
1 chicken broth cube
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 1/2 cup water
Adjust seasonings to your liking, you can add more soy sauce or oyster sauce if you like..
