2 Sweet red peppers, roasted
3 T Cream cheese
1/2 t Cumin, or to taste
2 T Finely chopped sun-dried tom
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 c Minced sweet onion (Vidalia,
3 T Olive oil
2 T Chopped cilantro
Salt & pepper to taste *Note: Sun-dried tomatoes should be oil-packed type. Process all in food processor until well blended. Serve chilled with crackers.

Easy Roasted Red Pepper Dip
In this video, I go through the few easy steps on how to make a delicious, easy roasted red pepper dip. It only requires 4 ingredients and is an absolute hit at parties.

I love this dip as it is super easy to throw together quickly. Perfect if you’re running out of time and need some food for a party fast.
As with any good dip, it goes great with some crackers, carrot sticks and basically anything else that goes great with cheeses and dips.
Depending on how much time you have, you can roast the red peppers yourself, or you can buy the jar variety. Just make sure you drain most of the fluid if you’re using red peppers from out of a jar.
The cream cheese hardens in the fridge so keep this in mind when you have to serve the dip. You may need to remove it from the refrigerator a little earlier for it to soften enough.
All the ingredients that you will need for this tasty roasted red pepper dip can be found below.
200g (7 oz.) roasted red peppers
1 tsp. garlic, crushed
½ tsp. basil
250g (9 oz) cream cheese
Red peppers are also known as red capsicums in some parts of the world. So keep this in mind when you’re out shopping for ingredients.
You can use either fresh or dried basil in this dip. I recommend fresh as it always tastes so much better but dried basil is more readily available.

The Best Spicy Whipped Feta Dip
275g Feta
200 grams Greek Yogurt
1 roasted red pepper
1 clove of Garlic
2 Tsp Chili Flakes or 1 fresh chili pepper
2 TBSP Olive oil
All right Food-Dees
Let's start by adding 1 clove of garlic to our food processor.
I am going to use a garlic press to make sure the garlic is fine enough when it's blended
let's add in our roasted red pepper.
If you don't know how to roast a red pepper you can use a Jared Peppers

Add in the 2 tbsp of olive oil and 2 tsp of chilis then
Blend for 10 seconds to combine
Once they all got to know each other go ahead and add in 200g or 7 ounces of greek yogurt
and blend again for another 10 seconds
Now to add the best part 275 grams or 9.7 ounces of the best Greek Feta Cheese you can buy preferably right from a barrel shipped in from Greece
Blend once last time until you have a smooth creamy spicy feta dip

Roasted Bell Pepper Dip
This dip has an unbeatable aroma and flavour, thanks to the exotic flavour of roasted bell peppers. Serve along with hot and crispy potato wedges.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes 0.75 cup
Ingredients
1 red capsicum
1/2 tsp oil for brushing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste
For Serving
potato wedges
Method
1. Pierce a fork through the capsicum, brush oil evenly over it and roast on a slow flame till it turns black in colour from all the sides.
2. Immerse the capsicum in cold water, remove the skin, stem and seeds and roughly chop them.
3. Combine the red capsicum with all the remaining ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
Serve with potato wedges.
