1 pk Hot roll mix (16 oz) 2 Eggs 1/2 c Evaporated milk 1/3 c Peanut butter 1/4 c Chopped pimiento 1 t Celery seed 4 c Shredded Cheddar cheese 3 c Chopped salted peanuts 1/4 t Hot pepper Prepare hot roll mix and let rise as package directs. Divide dough into two equal parts. Pat each part, using oiled hands, in well-oiled 15x10x1" jelly-roll pan. Beat eggs, milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add pimiento and celery seed. Stir in cheese; spread evenly over dough, almost to edge. Sprinkle with peanuts and pepper. Cover; let rise 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425'F. Bake 12-15 minutes or until brown and bubbly. INGREDIENTI: 500 g farina 0 (12g di proteine) 350 ml acqua fredda 1,5 g lievito di birra fresco 9 g sale Pancetta scottata in padella Mozzarella Stracciatella Basilico Crumble di tarallo
PROCEDIMENTO: In una ciotola inseriamo la farina, il lievito, l’acqua poco alla volta e impastiamo. Per ultimo aggiungiamo il sale e impastiamo fino ad ottenere una pagnotta liscia che facciamo lievitare coperta due ore a temperatura ambiente e 18 ore in frigo. Formiamo poi 3 panetti da 280 g e facciamoli lievitare coperti per 4 ore. Una volta pronti stendiamoli sulla semola senza toccare i bordi. Rimuoviamo la farina in eccesso, farciamo con: pomodoro, mozzarella e pancetta e inforniamo a circa 400gradi.
