Christmas Crunch
Say hello to your new favorite holiday treat! Christas Crunch is an irresistible treat mix of crispy, crunchy, sweet, and salty. Made in minutes, and great to package up for gifting to friends and family. This is the ultimate holiday treat, that also happens to be gluten free! PRINTABLE RECIPE HERE ????????
INGREDIENTS:
8 cups gluten free puffcorn (I like Old Dutch brand)
2 cups gluten free pretzels (I like Snyders GF)
1-1/2 cups peanuts
12oz bag gluten free white chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon vegetable or coconut oil
11oz bag Holiday M&Ms
gluten free holiday sprinkles
finishing salt, optional
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread a couple sheets of parchment paper, wax paper, or two silpats on the countertop then set aside.
2. Add puffcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a very large bowl - if you don't have an XL bowl, use two large bowls - then set aside.
3. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl then microwave for 40 seconds and stir. Microwave for 30 seconds then stir. If chocolate chips aren't completely smooth, continue microwaving in 10 seconds increments, stirring between increments, until completely melted.
4. Drizzle chocolate over puffcorn mixture then gently fold with a spatula until everything is evenly coated. Spread mixture out onto prepared surface then sprinkle with M&Ms (may not use whole bag) and press gently so they adhere to the warm chocolate. Add sprinkles then let cool completely. Transfer to treat bags or an airtight container.

Make Crunch n Munch Toffee Coated Popcorn at Home
Delicious toffee covered popcorn!! Crunch n munch is my favorite popcorn snack, and now I can make it whenever I want
My Popcorn Maker
Ingredients
1/4 cup of un-popped yellow popcorn
1/4 cup of unsalted peanuts (optional)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
1) Make your popcorn and set aside
2) Make the toffee. Add the butter, sugar, salt, corn syrup, and vanilla to a saucepan. Cook on low/medium heat til bubbly or when it gets to 300° using a candy thermometer.
3) Transfer your prepared popcorn to a baking dish.
4)Pour on the toffee. Stir to coat (you will not be able to cover all the popcorn yet)
5) Bake in a 300° oven for 5 minutes. (This will melt the toffee more so you will be able to cover more of it when you stir it)
6) Repeat the previous step 2 more times. In and out of the oven, 5 minutes each time then stir. When done all of your popcorn will be covered with the toffee.
7) Let the popcorn cool then break it apart. Serve
