1/4 c Butter 1 1/4 c Sugar 3 Eggs 3 1/2 c Flour 3 ts Baking Powder 1 ts Salt Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Cream the eggs one at a time. Add flour, baking powder and salt; 2 tablespoons at a time until all used up. Doush should be quite stiff, make walnut sized balls and roll into a 6 inch rope the size of a pencil. Make a ring on a lightly greased baking sheet, sealing the edges together. Bake in a preheated 350oF oven 20-25 minutes until light brown. Makes 2/-3 dozen. Ingredientes
8 xícaras de farinha de trigo 8 ovos grandes (em temperatura ambiente) 2 1/2 xícaras de açúcar granulado 1 1/2 xícaras ou 3 bastões de manteiga derretida (sem sal) 200 gramas de coco adoçado 2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó 1 colher de sopa de bicarbonato de sódio 1 colher de chá de sal 1 Limão (só a raspa)
Opção: Pode substituir a raspa de limão por raspa de 1 laranja Pode adicionar 1 colher de sopa de extrato de coco para obter um sabor adicional de coco
Levar o forno a 350F por 12 - 14 minutos

Biscoitos de Limão Ingredientes:
4 xícaras de farinha de trigo 1 3/4 xícaras de açúcar granulado 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó 1/4 colher de chá de bicarbonato de amônia (pode substituir por 1 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio 4 ovos em temperatura ambiente 1/2 xícara de manteiga derretida (sem sal) 1/3 xícara de óleo vegetal Sumo de 1 limão Raspas de 1 limão
Depois de misturar a massa (deixe a massa descansar por 30 minutos)
Coloque o spray de cozimento na assadeira
Levar o forno a 350F por 12 a 14 minutos Se preferir os biscoitos bem passados, deixe os biscoitos no forno mais 2 a 3 minutos

Easy Portuguese Tea Biscuits
Easy Portuguese Tea Biscuits
3 cups (450 grams) all purpose flour 2 teaspoons (6 grams) baking powder 1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) salt 6 tablespoons (90 grams) unsalted butter, softened 1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar 3 large eggs, at room temperature 2 teaspoons (8 grams) pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C) 2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. 3. In a bowl of your stand mixer or hand mixer, combine the butter and sugar. Mix until well combined. 4. Add the eggs one at a time, scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. Add vanilla extract, beat until combine. 5. Mix in the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Beat until well combined. 6. Scoop out about a tablespoon of dough. Roll dough into a log and form into shape, letters etc. 7. Bake in a preheated oven until they are lightly brown, about 13 to 15 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool slightly before enjoying.
