Potato Puffs Recipe in English:
Ingredients for Potato Puffs:
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Flour
1 Egg
Salt to taste
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Spring Onion
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
Mozzarella Cheese as required
Oil as required
1/2 cup Butter
1 & 1/2 cup Boiled Potato
Directions for Potato Puffs:
In a pan add milk, water and mix it well.
Add butter and let it dissolve.
Add flour and mix it well until leaves the sides.
Let is cool.
Add beaten egg and mix it well.
Add boiled & mashed potato then mix well.
Add salt, white pepper, black pepper and red chili flakes. Mix it well.
Fill half of the mixture in a pipping bag.
In a pan heat oil.
Pipe the mixture from pipping bag into the oil and fry until golden brown.
In remaining half of the mixture, add green chilies, spring onion and coriander leaves.
Mix it well. Take a small amount of mozzarella cheese and make ball.
Fry the ball until golden brown.
your Potato Puffs is now ready to serve
Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 5-6

اجزاء:
دودھ آدھا کپ
پانی آدھا کپ
میدہ 1کپ
انڈہ 1عدد
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
سفید مرچ 1چائے کا چمچ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ 1چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچیں 2عدد
پیاز 2کھانے کے چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر 2کھانے کے چمچ
موزریلا چیز حسبِ ضرورت
کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت
مکھن آدھا کپ
ابلے،میشڈ آلو 1اور آدھا کپ
ترکیب:
ایک پین میں دودھ،پانی اور مکھن ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
اب اس میں میدہ ڈال کر مکس کرتے جائیں جب تک سائیڈیں نہ چھوڑ دے۔
پھر اس میں انڈہ ڈٖال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرکے ابلے،میشڈ آلو، سفید مرچ کٹی لا ل مرچ، نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
اب اس بیٹر کو پلاسٹک کی کون میں ڈالیں۔
پٹاٹو پفس ترکیب:
اب اس بیٹر میں دھنیا، ہری مرچ اور ہرا پیاز ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
پھر اس مکسچر کی ٹکی بنا کر اس میں موزریلا چیز رکھیں اور گول کر لیں۔
اب پٹا ٹو فنگرز اور پٹاٹو پفس کو گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔

-Makhan (Butter) 80 gms (1/3 Cup)
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Aloo (Potatoes) Boiled & mashed ½ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ¾ Cup
-Parmesan cheese ¼ Cup (optional)
-Oil for frying
Directions:
-In wok,add butter and water,bring it to boil and mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 3-4 minutes until dough is formed.
-In bowl,add dough,black pepper powder,salt,green chilies,coriander and egg,mix well.
-Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
-Add mashed potatoes,cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese,mix well.
-Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and make a small ball.
-In wok,heat oil and fry on low flame until golden.
-Add this mixture in piping bag and fry on low flame until golden.

-Haathon ko oil sa grease ker ka mixture ki small ball bana lein.
-Karhai mein oil garam ker ka golden hunay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein.
-Is mixture ko piping bag mein dal dein aur golden hunay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein.
