How To make Puff Pancake
2/3 c Flour,all-purpose
2/3 c Milk
2 Eggs
1 cn Blueberry pie filling (21oz)
1 Nectarine,pitted and sliced
Generously grease the bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan; set aside. DO NOT USE NONSTICK SPRAY COATING. In a small mixing bowl combine flour, milk and eggs. eat well. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in a 425'F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till puffed and golden.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan heat pie filling until warm. Spoon onto center of puffed pancake. Top with nectarine slices. To serve, cut pancake into wedges with a table knife. If desired, garnish with peppermint leaves.

Fluffy home made pancakes recipe
Ingredients :
- 1 1/4 cup of flour (160g de farine)
- 1 tbsp of sugar (1cs de sucre)
- 2 tsp of baking powder NOT 2 tbsp as in the video (2cc de poudre à lever)
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (1/2cc d’extrait de vanille)
- 2 eggs (2 œufs)
- 1 cup of milk (250ml de lait)
Recipe :
Makes about 12 pancakes
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract to a bowl and whisk together
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks
- Add the milk to the egg yolks and whisk together, add the mixture to the flour and mix
- Beat the egg whites and add them to the mixture
- Add oil to a pan and pour about a tbsp of the mixture
- Return the pancakes when bubbles start to form at the surface

INGREDIENTS
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup whole milk
• 2/3 cup flour
• 1⁄2 tsp salt
• 3 TBSP butter
• 3 large apples sliced
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat eggs in mixer. Add milk and beat. Add flour and salt, beat until combined.
2. Preheat oven to 425.When hot, melt butter in pan (about9x9). When it melts,
add apples and put back in oven until butter sizzles.
3. When butter is sizzling, pour in batter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
4. Bake 20 minutes and enjoy right away!
