Lady Fingers and Roti ???? Finely Woven Traditional Sweet Dishes Made From Okra Coconut, and Corn!
Today, I harvested okra (known as ladyfingers) and will let you see how I prepare a few okra-based dishes and a tasty bread snack known as roti! Harvesting Okra is a labor of love! Its leaves are itchy, but it's worth the effort!
➡️ Enjoy watching along as I prepare a fragrant and sumptuous meal with okra, coconut milk, and several other natural herbs and spices.
You'll also get to see many of the tools and setup of a traditional, outdoor Sri Lankan kitchen.
Watch along as I cook okra omelet and other dishes over a live fire, or make roti in a clay oven. One of the best things about this setup is that the food never feels too far from nature!

Hello, Foodies!
Chicken Cheese Fingers Recipe is a famous food recipe full of delicious and cheesy ingredients and easy to cook at home. Chicken cheese fingers are kids most favorite for Lunch box. The ingredients are as follows:
Ground Chicken 250 gms
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Mixed Herbs (Mostly 5 herbs as powdered or you can add oregano and basil separately too)
Grated Cheese 1 cup
Flour, Egg and Crumbs for Coating
Directions:
1. Take out boneless chicken and chop well.
2. Add salt, red chilli, black pepper, mixed herbs, ginger garlic powder and cheese in it. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Grease your hand, take some mixture in your hand and form it into shape like fingers.
4. Dip in flour, egg and crumbs. I used rusk crumbs you can use bread crumbs.
5. Put the prepared chicken cheese fingers in the freezer for 2 hours. You can fry it now or you can store it in the freezer for upto 4 weeks.
6. Heat the oil, fry until they are golden brown.
7. Serve hot with mayonnaise, ketchup, thousand island or sauce of your choice.

Hari ni saya mencuba salah satu resepi yang viral di media social iaitu jejari kentang. Resepi ni secara asasnya hanya perlukan kentang rebus, tepung jagung dan sedikit garam. Tapi saya tambahkan beberapa bahan lain untuk bagi lebih sedap. Korang boleh letak apa-apa bahan yang lain kalau suka. Untuk tepung pula, boleh tambah atau kurangkan mengikut kesesuaian. Jejari kentang ni sedap di makan semasa panas sebab ianya rangup di luar dan lembut di dalam. Selamat mencuba.

0:13 - 400 gram Kentang
1:11 - Lobak Merah
1:17 - Daun Ketumbar
1:23 - 30 gram @ 1/4 Cawa Keju Cheddar
1:26 - 30 gram @ 1/4 Cawan Keju Parmesan
1:30 - 60 gram @ 1/2 Cawan Tepung Jagung
1:37 - 1 sudu kecil Garam
2:59 - Serbuk Roti

Today I've tried one of the viral recipes on social media, potato fingers. This recipe basically only requires boiled potatoes, cornflour and a little salt. But I added some more ingredients to make it even better. You can put any other ingredients if you like. You can add or reduce the flour appropriately. These potato fingers taste good when it's hot because it's crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Good luck.
