➭ Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel VegRokhi
I decided to make a cake that looks like Shiva! There were no videos on YouTube that has a sculpture like cake made like Shiva ... so I decided to give it a go. Keep in mind that I am not a baker and I did a lot of research to find recipes to make almost everything from scratch. I will link the websites I used in the description for each video in the series of Shiva cake.

Why & when do I stretch?
1. Regular training makes us hyped and increases adrenaline. Which is great, I love the after workout feeling! But especially when training in the evening, I make sure to add a slow and relaxing stretching in the end, so my body and mind slows down easier. Super important for good sleep!
2. To make sure my muscles are not getting stiff from squeeeeeezing them all the time. Too much of only one thing is never good :)
3. In order to calm down my thoughts and enjoy some me-time.
4. To get the best out of my training. When I’m not stretching, my muscles stay sore for longer, I start getting pain in my joints, etc.
This routine includes advanced movements. I'm definitely no jelly lady, but I guess this is not suitable for beginners either :)

▸ a yoga-inspired way of training - we have 2 „flows“ of 2min each, that are a combination of different yoga & stretching poses. By combining them, it’s almost like a workout :)
It’s a slow & strong routine to
1. CALM DOWN after a long day or a strength workout. This prevents stiffness and keeps your body flexible enough to perform my gym exercises with a good technique (think about deadlifts!)
2. WAKE UP in the morning, to start your day right and enjoy some me-time before getting in the daily rush that we call life. Finding your inner balance helps you so much!
3. SMOOTHEN your stiff body after sitting a lot behind your laptop!
