SUPER EASY FRY BREAD RECIPE! Delicious & simple meal idea with refried beans and ground beef.
My sis asked me for an easy recipe for fry bread. Have you ever had fry bread? It is an amazing Native American recipe that is served up with taco fillings of any kind and even served as a dessert sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. When we were young our family would often go visit with folks living in the Whiter River and Cibeque Reservation and we would hardly ever pass up lunch at a fry bread stand. Super delish! Fast forward to now when I try to DIY everything myself, I couldn't be more pleased at how easy this meal is to make for my family. I love that it is budget-friendly and the kids love it. Beef Cutlet-Stuffed Garlic Bread
Here is what you'll need!
Milanesa-Stuffed Garlic Bread
Serves 3-4
INGREDIENTS
¼ pound round of beef, flattened
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil, for frying
1 baguette
½ cup refried black beans
8 slices mozzarella cheese
½ avocado, sliced into 4 strips
6 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper evenly over both sides of the beef.
Cut the beef into 1-inch strips.
Dredge the beef in the egg, then roll it in the bread crumbs, pressing as many bread crumbs into the beef as possible. Repeat with the remaining strips of beef.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Pan fry the breaded beef strips until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain.
Cut the baguette into 4-inch long pieces.
Hollow out the insides of each baguette piece.
Spread the beans evenly inside the baguette pieces.
Place one mozzarella slice on top of the other with a 1-inch overlap.
Put the breaded beef strip in the middle, then top with a slice of avocado.
Wrap the cheese tightly around the beef and avocado, then push it inside the hollowed out baguette piece.
Slice the stuffed baguette piece into 1-inch slices.
Place the baguette slices side by side on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Mix the butter with the garlic, parsley, and parmesan.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly on top of the baguette slices.
Wrap the foil around the bread, then bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and the garlic on top is golden brown.
Serve!

1 Baguette or slices of regular Bread
100g butter
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp black pepper
1tsp dry mint
Mozzarella cheese ( as required)
Salt to taste
-In a bowl mix all above ingredients
-Cut baguette bread into half brush Butter mixture with herbs be more generous with butter
-Preheat oven for 180C for 10 minutes
-Toast till light golden, toasted at the edges also cheese begins to melt .
-Bring the try out of the oven, Spice it up the way you like with more chilli flakes & herbs
-Enjoy with Pasta or soup or as a snack or a appetizer

Today we are going to make Vegetarian Mexican Buns. They are tasty and healthy. This recipe is an easy homemade bread recipe using dry instant yeast- popular with both, kids and grown ups. Serve as an evening snack or at dinner with a soup or pack them in your kid's tiffin. They are rich in protein, fiber, iron, folates, magnesium and manganese.
आज हम वेजिटेरियन मेक्सिकन बन्स बनाने जा रहे हैं। वे टेस्टी और हेल्दी हैं। यह एक आसान होममेड ब्रेड रेसिपी है, जिसमें ड्राई इंस्टेंट यीस्ट का उपयोग किया जाता है। ये बन्स बच्चों और बड़ों दोनों को पसंद आते हैं। शाम के नाश्ते के रूप में या रात के खाने में सूप के साथ परोसें या अपने बच्चे के टिफिन में पैक करें। वे प्रोटीन, फाइबर, आयरन, फोलेट, मैग्नीशियम और मैंगनीज में समृद्ध हैं।

VEGETERIAN MEXICAN BUNS
Fortified with Rajgira flour and Kalonji / Nigella seeds
Ingredients:
1+1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
½ cup Rajgira/Amaranth
1 cup Maida
1+1/2 tsp Dry Yeast
1 tbsp Sugar
1+1/4 tsp Salt
1+1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Nigella Seeds/Kalonji
1 cup Refried Beans
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
12 slices Jalapenos (optional)
Mixed herbs
Method:
1. Add all the flours to a bowl. Add instant dry yeast and sugar. Mix well with help of a fork as shown in the video.
2. Add 3 to 4 tbsp of milk to the mixture and mix with your hands.
3. Add water gradually, and knead the dough with help of a hand mixer till you get a sticky dough.
4. Cream olive oil and salt with your hands as shown. Add this mixture to your sticky dough and knead with your hands and dough scraper as shown.
5. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for first rise-, i.e. till the dough doubles in size.
6. After 15-20 mins, the dough would have doubled in size. Flatten the dough and a make a tight roll with the help of dry flour. Cut the roll into 6 equal halves.
7. Shape them into buns as shown in the video. Cover them with a wet cloth for a second rise.
8. After 15 minutes the buns would have doubled in size.
9. Take dry flour in your hand and flip the buns and flatten them. Fill refried beans filling, mozzarella cheese and jalapenos and fold the buns neatly as shown. Cover with a wet cloth and set aside for third and final rise.
10. Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 mins keeping the setting on bake.
11. After 10 minutes, brush the buns with milk (milk wash) and sprinkle mixed herbs, followed by nigella seeds / kalonji.
12. Sprinkle some water and bake them in an oven for 20-25 minutes.
13. Last 10 mins, keep the oven setting on toast to get nice golden brown crust on the top.
14. Tinggg… Time to take those gorgeous buns out of the oven. Apply olive oil or butter on top of the buns. Keep aside for cooling.
15. After they are completely cooled, remove them from the tray and enjoy! You can warm them a little in the oven before eating.

२. मिश्रण में ३ से ४ टेबल-स्पून दूध डालें और हाथों से मिला लें।
3. धीरे-धीरे पानी डालते हुए हैंड मिक्सर की सहायता से चिपचिपा आटा बनने तक आटा गूंथ लीजिए।
4. अपने हाथों से ऑलिव ऑयल और नमक एक बाउल में मिलाकर एक तरफ रख दें|
इस मिश्रण को अपने चिपचिपे आटे में डालें और अपने हाथों से गूंथ लें जैसा कि दिखाया गया है।
5. आटे को गीले कपड़े से ढक कर रख दें.
6. 15-20 मिनट के बाद, आटा आकार में दोगुना हो जाएगा। आटे को चपटा करके सूखे आटे की सहायता से टाइट रोल बना लीजिए| रोल को ६ बराबर भागों में बाँट लें।
7. उन्हें बन्स के रूप में आकार दें। इन्हें गीले कपड़े से ढक दें, जब तक आटा आकार में दोगुना न हो जाए|
8. 15 मिनट के बाद बन्स आकार में दोगुने हो गए होंगे।
9. हाथ में सूखा आटा लेकर बन को पलट कर चपटा कर लें. रिफ्राइड बीन्स की फिलिंग, मोजरेला चीज़ और अलापीनोस भरें और बन्स को दिखाए गए तरीके से अच्छी तरह मोड़ें। गीले कपड़े से ढँक दें, जब तक बन्स आकार में दोगुने न हो जाएं|
10. इस बीच, ओवन को 200 डिग्री पर 10 मिनट के लिए प्रीहीट कर लें और सेटिंग को बेक पर रखें 11. 10 मिनट बाद बन्स को दूध (मिल्क वॉश) से ब्रश करें और मिक्स हर्ब्सछिड़कें, उसके बाद कलौंजी/ कलौंजी डालें।
12. थोड़ा पानी छिड़कें और ओवन में 20-25 मिनट तक बेक करें।
13. आखिरी १० मिनट के लिए, ओवन को टोस्ट पर सेट होने के लिए रख दें ताकि ऊपर से अच्छा सुनहरा भूरा क्रस्ट मिल जाए।
14. उन खूबसूरत बन्स को ओवन से बाहर निकालने का समय आ गया है। बन्स के ऊपर ऑलिव ऑयल या मक्खन लगाएं। ठंडा करने के लिए अलग रख दें।
15. पूरी तरह से ठंडा होने के बाद, इन्हें ट्रे से निकाल लें और आनंद लें! आप इन्हें खाने से पहले ओवन में थोड़ा गर्म कर सकते हैं।
