How To make Rich Cream Cheese Tube Cake
2 1/4 c Cake flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 c Butter; softened
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 1/2 c Sugar
4 lg Eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Lemon rind; grated
2 tb Rum OR brandy OR cognac
Confectioners' sugar 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 10-inch tube or
bundt pan; set aside. Sift together flour and baking powder; set aside. 2. Beat together butter and cream cheese until well
blended. Add sugar and beat until light, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs and flavorings, then carefully blend in flour mixture. 3. Turn batter into prepared pan; bake 75 to 80
minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes; turn out onto rack to finish cooling. Dust with confectioners' sugar while still warm. Source: Chicago Tribune, November 6, 1996 -----

ingredients..
2 cups ( 4 sticks of unsalted butter) softened
3 cups of sugar
8 large eggs ( room temperature)
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of heavy cream
3 cups of all purpose flour (sifted )
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
preheat the oven to 300 degrees.. cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl ..with an electric mixer ..beat the eggs in 1 at a time.. combine the vanilla and cream...mix the flour and baking soda and salt together..add the vanilla and cream mixture..then the flour mixture of flour baking soda and salt.. alternating between the flour and milk..
pour the batter into a 10 inch nonstick tube pan..bake at 300 for 90 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry ..

1 C Chopped Roasted Pecans [Use in cake & Icing]

1 8 oz Block Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter
3-4 C Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Pecans
3-4 Tablespoons Southern Butter Pecan Coffee Creamer (if Needed)

1 ( 8 oz) pack of cream cheese ,one and a half cup of butter ,3 cups of sugar ,,6 eggs ,3 cups of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, one teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
bake on 325 for 45 to 55 minutes
